Five of us arrived after 8.00 p.m. and had a wonderful meal, including a whole fish with scallion and ginger, as well as lemon chicken, Singapore noodle and shrimps. We had such a good time that we kept the staff waiting after closing time at 10.00 p.m, but there were no complaints. I have visited here many time with great success, and it is one of the few restaurants in the area which is open on Sunday.

I don't usually write reviews but this is by far my favorite authentic Chinese restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants to stop at as soon as i travel to Jamaica. Service is amazing, waiters are attentive and the owner is very welcoming. The restaurant is gorgeous, decorated with authentic Chinese art and is a great place for family dinners and taking someone out on a date. The dishes are savory, well presented and well proportioned for their price. My favorite dish is the Salt and Pepper Shrimp. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I am definately a Chinese food addict. I love the location of this restaurant, right in the middle of town. The call ahead service is excellent. The food is always delicious. Try the steam wantons with ginger sauce. They have many other dishes including one of my favourites special fried rice with chicken steak.

China Garden is conveniently located in the New Kingston Business District near the major Business Hotels off Knutsford Blvd. The Restaurant could do with some refurbishing and the Menu choices , presentation & Customer Service needs much improvement! The food also lacks flavour!

China and Jamaica have had a long partnership economically so why not gastronomically. Although, you can request takeout, please do not mistake this restaurant for a run of the mill Chinese takeout shop. It is located in a small strip type mall with several other upscale eateries such as Usain Bolt's and a Mediterranean place. When you step in, you recognize the dominant royal red and gold theme. The menu is very large, but we chose our favorites--veggie lo mein and curried lobster. Portions are more than sufficient and well presented with veggie sculptures such as carrot bird carvings. Waitstaff are courteous and efficient. It is easy to see why so many locals recommend this restaurant.

Second time, and everything outside of the dim sum menu of 10 things is just way too sweet. The sugar in the sauces Dulled the natural flavors, and I couldn't taste anything else. The waiter treated us like we didn't know Chinese food, when 2 of us have lived there.

I have officially gone vegetarian but let me say this there are allot of Chinese restaurants in Jamaica and none of them top Dragon court . The consistently deliver high quality food and service it doesn't matter what time of day you come because the food is always great . It has a good blend of spices due to a combination of Jamaica and Asian recipes and for me it gives the meal a distinctive taste. The price is just where it should be and the ambiance gives it a nice touch where you want to dine or take out that's your business . They have another restaurant in Montego bay and I cant tell the difference so if you are staying in Kingston and you really want some hot food choose this court.
