Our best stay in Aruba - feels just like home!
Reviewed By photo007I just returned from a one week stay at the Tropical Digs Aruba Condominiums located at the Divi Golf and Beach Resort. We had a fantastic time. We also loved the condominium instead of staying at an overcrowded all inclusive hotel, Especially during these `covid ` times. Our condominium overlooked the golf course. Theses condos have full security access. Only those staying at the condos are aloud to enter. The condo was very clean and absolutely we saw no bugs! First, we took a cab from the airport which is about a 20 minute drive. Upon arrival we were greeted and escorted to our condo. Check in was easy. We had a one bedroom condo with a full size pull out couch and bedroom with a king bed. There are two bathrooms and clean bedsheets and towels were provided. The condo was equipped with the essential supplies for a full working kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We made breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The odd day we would go out for a meal. We purchased our groceries at the supermarket which is less than 10 minutes away and we just took a cab back to the condo. So for those of the reviews complaining about paper towels etc, you can buy all your necessities at the grocery store just like your at home! The condo had a balcony overlooking the golf course river. It is so peaceful. The pleasant surprise about these condos at Divi is that there is a free shuttle that you can call and they will pick you up at your lobby of your condo, and drive you anywhere within the 5 Divi complexes. That includes beach, casino, restaurants, ice-cream shop and close proximity to the grocery store. We had dined twice at the Mulligans restaurant on site and both meals were reasonably priced and good. The pool is a two minute walk from the condo and beach towels are provided. There is also a children`s pool with a water slide and it seemed like the kids were having a great time. There is also a restaurant at the pool which you can grab some wings or burgers for an afternoon snack, as well as drinks of course to cool you down. The beach is about a 6 minute walk from the condo, but if you wish you can call for a pick up. The beach is right across from the entrance to the Divi village with a beautiful stretch of beach where you could walk for an hour. Chairs and huts are also provided free of charge and may be reserved as long as you have your towels. The ocean is spectacular and the weather is always beautiful. There is also a beach bar by the beach where you can grab a salad or burger etc and indulge with a few drinks, especially at `happy hour `which is 4 pm. You can take some scenic pictures of the beach there as well. A cab to the high-rise hotels and restaurants is $10 each way. The market downtown is also $10 each way. You can get some souvenirs and there are some nice spots for lunch. I must add as well that the hospital is a 5 minute drive from the condo. Very close. In conclusion, I think this is one of the most beautiful, clean and safe islands to travel to. Not to mention the condominium providing excellent facilities that are clean and safe for you and especially your young family, where you feel like your at home.! Thank you Tropical Digs, we really enjoyed our stay and you can count on me to be visiting Tropical Digs Condominiums at the `happy island`of Aruba in the near future. Private parking for your rental car. We were given a free upgrade to a better room. It was no problem at all. They are doing everything for you so you can have a nice stay. Also great information of the island by the hostess! If you want to book here I would suggest to pick the rooms with pool view. There just a little bit better, more private. Just a little bit more of everything. Would recommend this to everyone who would like to have an awesome stay at this beautiful island!! Really deserves 5 star rating!

Are you looking for a nice quiet location,you find it by Happy Day's.The location is very central,5 min to the beach and 5 min to Oranjestad.(by Car).Supermarket 150 mtr - Gas station 200 mtr.Apartemets:Living with open kitchen.TV -refrigerator-4 burner gas cooker- safeBedroom with double bed.Shower with warm water.In front a seat with two chairs.Pool area with loungers.opportunity to use a washer , for a fee of Fl 5,= (florin)IN SHORT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.Regards:Team Happy Day's.

The property is very nicely appointed with everything we needed for a mix of self catering for breakfast and lunch and going out to dinner. The pool is perfect, so is the little terrace in front of the apartment. AC works flawless. Great restaurants are a short drive away. Eagle Beach just 6 to 7 minutes by car, which is needed. Wifi was free and very reliable. Bedding was great and allowed for comfortable rest. Property was clean and bright and safe. We liked it so much, we stayed a week longer!

Reviewed By Nani1108When we arrived is a big house divided into apartments. As soon as we parked the property manager came out right away. He told us where to park and he escorted us in and walked into the one bedroom apartment. He was trying to see what kind of people we were by the looks he was giving us! I felt very awkward. The villa had no view to the ocean although on the pics it was showing a terrace with table and ocean view. We had a street view from the bedroom. The apartment was old so was the furniture the tv had horrible reception the kitchen had a coffee machine from the 70’s. The door has blinds that one is broken and u can see in and out. We felt watched. The property manager tells us to make sure we turn off the ac when we go out. And to top it all off NO HOT WATER!!! ? on top of that is asked about the terrace at least to compensate and we can not use it is only for the top unit and he lives there. I don’t think it should be shown as Part of the property!! So we just left and decided to go to another hotel the next morning!

Relación precio -servicio y comida excelente, nosotros fuimos a las 6:30 pm y disfrutamos la puesta del sol y finalizamos la cena a las 9:30 pm y disfrutamos la noche y unas luces que tiene el mar. Todo lindo y romántico

Reviewed By I2001OQsarahThis host is rude, unflexible and unethical. We canceled 7 months in advance, he was able to rebook it for the full amount and still kept our $8,000. We tried in good faith to get at least a partial refund and he refused. Do NOT try to deal with this host - EVER.
