This restaurant has been here a few years and in all the years they have always had great food and reasonable prices. This place is the best Chinese restaurant in Gaffney SC. My family loves their buffet but their plates also are a great value.The wonton soup is the best they stickto the orginal way it is fixed in China. Hope everyone tries The Golden China.

I went there for the first time this evening to get carry out. My wife had the Chicken and Chinese Vegetables, I had the Beef with Broccoli also an order of chicken wings. The lady that waited on me was very nice and pleasant. The food was fixed in a timely manner with very little waiting time. I noticed while I was waiting that there were several young women from the local college there as well as some others. The college girls have been there before as they were commenting to one of their friends who had not visited before. on the food and that it was good. I found what I had to be pretty decent but I feel I like the Beef and Broccoli from another Chinese restaurant here in town better as did my wife on her meal. The chicken wings I feel were on the same par with the other restaurant. Would I return? yes, as the food was good so it boils down to a matter of preference.

If you are looking at the previous reviews and say to yourself "This can't be true about a food court restaurant," you should believe the hype. We've been eating here for years and the food and friendly atmosphere are always top notch every visit. Try the bourbon chicken, sesame chicken, or the chicken and broccoli stir fry. The fried rice at this restaurant is very good. You will get a large portion for a good price here. If you are near the Outlet mall and want great Chinese food you will not be disappointed if you visit the food court and eat at China Max.

Best lattes in town with tons of flavor options. Live music on Friday nights is always top notch. Specialty beers and wine complete the experience in this laid back atmosphere. Curbside coffee brought to your car with just a text. Can NOT beat that.

There are several Chinese restaurants in town, this is our favorite. We really enjoy Chow Mein, and this restaurant has what we call a traditional chow mein. We usually get take out but occasionally we dine in. Our favorite menu items are: Chicken Chow Mein, Pork Fried Rice and Chicken wings. It offers the typical Chinese restaurant items. Our only complaint is that the restaurant closes every July for one month so the owners can travel home to China. It seems we always want Chinese food during the month of July.
