great value. I am pretty plain when it comes to Asian food. I love cashew chicken, and theirs's is one of the best. The pea pods, carrots, celery, and chicken where sliced, not diced like many places. Lunch specials run everyday 11-3. They come with soup, eggroll, entrée, hot tea, and cookie. Their motto is if we have it, we can make it. That means that you can spice up any dish hot, super hot, or plain.

We frequently go to Leongs on Gratiot . We find it a little nicer than the leongs on 23 mile road but both are very nice. Large helpings usually leave a s enough leftovers for another dinner and it's always and excellent meal

I guess I am a Chinese food snob, but this place was worse than me buying the fixin's from the American grocery store (La Choy brand) and fixing it myself. It was just ho-hum. I can't believe there are such positive reviews. The food is not flavorful. The food was boring and plain. We just moved here, and this our first Detroit Chinese food. So not impressed. I have lived all over the world, so maybe my Chinese tastebuds expect more. We never went back. And the hostess was super rude -- that has nothing to do with the food quality.

Panda Express is normally pretty good and this Panda is no different. It is a fast casual Chinese place. You get a good portion size for the money and the food is good. It is NOT gourmet Chinese food, but you are not paying gourmet prices. This particular Panda was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was friendly. We speak fluent Chinese and so did a lot of the staff that worked at this Panda. We surprised them with our language skills.
