We booked a table once we read the comments on TripAdvisor and after checking the webpage. It seemed pretty tasty and original but... When we arrived, the table was not ready althoguh only half of the tables were occupied, and the waiters had an argument in front of us whilst we were standing in the middle of the aisle waiting to be seated. The service is the worst service I have ever seen, and it is not in accordance for a place that nice and in such an amazing location. They gave us the menu, and when we were ready to order they came, but didnât write down anywhere what we wanted (there was 2 of us only, which means 2 starters and 2 main courses) which was the consequence? The waitress literally came 3 times more to ask again what we wanted, 3 times more!!!! And we had only ordered 2 starters and 2 main courses!!! Once that was solved, and after 5 mins had passed, she came again and told us that one of the main courses was not offered at night, although it was in the night menu. Whilst we were waiting for the food we saw through the kitchenâs door, the cooks were on their phones, eating, drinking coke ( I hope) and coming out the kitchen for several times. The price is excesively high compared with the food and service. If I had known I would have gone to any fast-food chain restaurant, where at least I get what I expect, I save money and get same tastiness from the food they serve. The only positive thing, is that as they were so slow, they apologized. This service is definetely going to finish with the restaurant. The place is spacious, confortable and well located but if they keep that service (waiter/waitress and cooks) they will finish the restaurant off. Breakfast - they have a menu that includes 3 small courses with juice and a coffee for 10 euros which was delicious. The coffee is some of the best I have tasted. They are very friendly - we were served by the owners themselves who were delightful. A must visit in Valencia.

And in the first place not even because of the food, but the poor service!Today 23-07-19 at 08:15We try a lot with Tripadvisor. So also this restaurant for breakfast.We sat outside on the terrace.It started with a customer in a neat suit who noticed that his table was unsteady. this spilled coffee and the waitress looked at the man as if he were stupid. Then reluctantly prepared the table.Then she came to us and threw the menu on the table.With my order I pointed to the sandwich and in my best Spanish I placed the order. She said something and I did not understand, after which she reacted angrily and pointed to the croissont. uhhh no please the toast as I pointed out.When the order came, she said nothing and threw the plates on the table. Everything with a very unfriendly face and very arrogant. The same thing happened at the table next to us. We got into conversation with each other. These people didn't like it either.When I indicated that the service was poor when paying, she immediately got angry, suddenly spoke English !? She shouted: "Then you should stand on this side of the counter!"Is your work so terrible to do? Then look for other work!The quality of the food was also disappointing. Dry toast, dry pancakes. Nice coffee and carrot cake.Tourist rate and deserves no place on the breakfast list in Valencia.As a manager of this restaurant you may have to talk to the lady in question.
