Stumbled upon this lovely little tapas bar off one of the main streets. Delicious tapas served free with each drinks order. Excellent value for money. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

The wait was extremely long. There was a table of 8 on a table nearby but it took us over an hour to order and receive our 4 x rolls and sandwiches. The waiter was pleasant but others nearby received their food much quicker. Would not recommend.

Restaurante especializado en Kebabs y Pizzas al estilo tradicional y con productos de primera calidad y frescos. También disfruta de nuestra carta de hamburguesas, perritos y bocadillos tanto en formato individual como en menú. Pasa un agradable tarde/noc
You are out and about on a daytime visit to Mahon or doing some late night shopping. You need a bite to eat but don't want to spend an hour or more at a sit down restaurant, Pizzab is just what you need. There's plenty of room inside or you can sit out at the pavement tables. On offer is donner kebab or pizza but with a wide range of different styles and sauces, Vetarians and vegans don't have much of a choice but the felafels served in a toasted flabread with salad and sauces hits the spot. We both had a menu deal which included a beer, donner kebab for my wife falafels for me plus we each had a portion of freshly cooked French fries. I elected for the XL falafels (3 + 3 ) and really was maxed out. I have a feeling I will see more of this little fast food restaurant.

Petite Sophie is closed at the moment being improved and waiting for the warmer season to come and see all of our customers again; pretty sure we will open beginning of May so stay tuned guys and see you soon! Hugs and kisses Petite Sophie. Bar/cafeteria
Yaaaaaaaay I canât believe we found this place! After all vegetarian/vegan places were closed, we randomly walked past this cute restaurant and couldnât believe that we actually found a vegan place after all the trouble. We ordered the nuggets, falafel and bean burger and were not left disappointed. Delicious and reasonable priced dishes. We will be back very soon :-) â¥ï¸

Rushing to get to the bus station for the 3:15 bus to Ciutadella we came to the realisation that we were not going to make it. Options 1. sit in the bus station for an hour or find a nicer café. El Viejo Cafetin was only a couple of minutes from the bus station so we thought we would give it a try. Up to now the day had not gone very well, 30 Euros to get to Mahon and back and it had rained virtually all day! We had also missed the bus so not in the best of moods. Ordered a cup of hot chocolate each (the way our day was going it seemed a safer option than risking getting a bad coffee). The waitress was friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome so our mood was brightening more than the weather. The drinking chocolate arrived WOW! I am over 60 and this was the best cup of hot chocolate I have tasted in my entire life. It was so rich with chocolate that I truly believe it could only be several bars of chocolate melted into the cups. The waitress saw how much we were enjoying the hot chocolate and brought over a croissant (gratis) and suggested that we dip it into the chocolate and eat it, pure indulgence. It certainly brightened up our day and was only just over 4 euros for the both of us, absolute bargain. If the rest of menu is only half as good as the chocolate drink I would award 10 out of 10. Sadly we had to get the bus but we will Menorca again and make a point of going for another cup of actual hot chocolate and also sample more items from the menu. Our sincere thanks go to the staff as it made us re-assess our opinion of Mahon and remember our visit in a much better light. So if you are in Mahon and feeling low just pop into El Viejo Cafetin just outside the bus station and try their hot chocolate, you will not be disappointed.
