You know that feeling when you can tell that someone really loves their job. I got that feeling from the staff at this cafe. They let my partner get the Vege stack for breakfast even though it wasn't on the breakfast menu. She loved it, thanks chef. It was the perfect place for a relaxed Sunday breakfast. Highly recommend if you're in Mackay.

Honestly the vegan ice-cream at this location is far better than any non-vegan ice-cream I used to eat! Non-vegan family has joined me at this restaurant and they've also loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the ice-cream buffet/bar is everything you could want in a dessert place. I think they have some food options too, and coffee, but the vegan ice-cream is of course the highlight!

We frequent Debbies just about every other Friday night for dinner and we consistently receive friendly service, exceptional quality seafood and they now have a great outdoor restaurant setting.Well worth trying if you have not been.Thankyou for your wonderful review,we are loving the new undercover eating area too

Didnât even stay to eat at this place, as the tables werenât cleared (we cleared one ourselves to sit at). The woman at the till had a huge line which didnât seem to move and we didnât see any other staff so we left.Thank you for your review, I have reviewed the records and it appears that at some times during the day the restaurant was quite busy and unfortunately this can make prompt service difficult. Also if large tables split the bill this can also take time at the till. I apologise for the lack of service however the economy at the moment is hit and miss between busy and quiet times with no pattern at all it makes rostering a nightmare. We are doing our best with rostering but at times we will be caught short staffed which appears to be the case when you visited. I sincerely apologise and hope that you will choose to visit another day and experience the true Coco Cubano hospitality.Kind RegardsColleen,

We are a group of friends who meet each week for a coffee date. We pick somewhere each week. This was our first time at Claudies having heard good opinions.We loved the ambience inside. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our group of 12 had lots of space . Coffee was good and table service prompt and efficient. We loved that we could each pay separately. We will be back!!
