Kafe Edbom is in the library, facing the street, so through the floor-ceiling windows you can see all of Gävle pass by, a fantastic henry Moore statue, the county governor's residence, amongst other things. The Cafe offers home made simple meals and home baked cakes and pastries that are lovely. Prices are low, the staff, including the two women who run the place are extremely friendly and helpful. And, not least, you can read the morning's paper in the afternoon, or your Paris gazette while having a fresh bun and coffee for your coffee break in the morning...

I like to come to Pazzo early in the morning to buy take away lunch. Sallads are very good and fresh, and I like that someone makes it especially for me. Interior is somewhat standard Great Britain-inspired, but I like it a lot anyway, and the furniture is comfy (such a standard which is a high standard). Food is mostly Italian: pizza, pasta, focaccia. Pazzo is a safe and reliable alternative for the days when I don't want any experiments. Good coffee, btw.
