Stopped in today for our rookie visit. Reminded me of shopping with my Grandmother in the meat market many years ago. We enjoyed the brisket and sausage. Highly recommend both. My wife also enjoyed the macaroni salad and I devoured the mustard potato salad. We enjoyed it so much, weâre going back before we leave town.

Have visited this restaurant several times, most recently 5 days ago. Food and service has been consistently good each time. Nothing especially outstanding but good solid experience. I am a "jack be lean" when it comes to meat. Biggest negative to me at the Back Porch is their brisket is served moist and lean. Half meat and half fat. Though brisket is my favorite BBQ, I normally order their chicken and pulled pork instead. Good value at reasonable prices.

I was disappointed that there weren't many dinner options available during the week. I was told to give the BBQ here a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The brisket and sausage were awesome!
