I've visited Fire Water many times over the past year for lunches and dinners and tried most of their menu. I have to say I think my favorites are their rib tips and Grillmaster burger. This place is always busy and for good reason. I have often ordered pickup for gatherings at our house and it's always a hit. The ambiance is what I expect from a southern smokehouse. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Quick and delicious eats at a reasonable price. It's become a "go-to" meal for me.

They seem to have a good drink selection and a smaller western themed menu. The food is good, not spectacular, and mine seemed to come a little overcooked. A homeless person was outside the front door when I came in.The ambience is nice so I'd give it another try but don't expect gourmet food. It's more of a bar type restaurant.

The guy behind the counter was also the guy doing the cooking. He was all alone on a Saturday night with a concert coming up at the Rialto Square Theater. He was very energetic and accommodating. Had the ribs and fries. They were good, not great. The meat was just a little dry. Good flavor for the sauce.The place is a dive. Run down. Seats covered in duct tape. The walls were painted white and people have written all over them. A good place to experience but not a place I will go out of my way for.
