Dined here as a table of 4 last Friday night and was very underwhelmed by the food.Only giving this place 3 stars as the staff were great but the food was not.The fish tacos were literally COMPLETELY tasteless. I'm hoping management read this review and change it because what ever is happening with those taco is not working. My chilli mussels came out stone cold and I had to ask for a new batch. The best part of the meal was the loaded fries, which sucks because there was potential for the other dishes to be good. All in all I wouldn't revisit this place, it's too expensive for the food that you get and just not a very memorable place.

Welcome to the new look Northshore Tavern, some might call us the âpearl of the northern suburbsâ of Perth. Share a cold beer with friends and watch the game in the sports bar, enjoy the flavours of our bistro meals, or indulge in alfresco cocktails at su
Came here a couple of months ago on steak night and it didnât go well with 3 of 5 steaks not being cooked as requested, but thought weâd give it another try.Saturday special is wings, sadly at 5pm theyâd run out, unable to do grilled fish because theyâd run out and only had frozen battered fish. So we drank up and moved on to an establishment that orders enough food in to feed their customers. Hello, thanks for giving us another go. Yes, we ran out of wings because they are so popular (and a great deal). Our chef has just taken over and our new menu has grilled or battered West Australian blue spot emperor. Starts this Wednesday.

With uninterrupted views overlooking the Indian Ocean on one side and the Hillarys Boat Harbour on the other, Hillarys Yacht Club is arguably in one of the best locations in Perth. Since forming in 1986 the club has always prided itself on and has maintai
Dined here with the Wednesday Members $30 dinner. Great views over the marina and ocean before the sun sets. The entree consisted of a shared platter of tapas selections. On the table we had three plates however inconsistent the quantity of the tapas selection differed on each plate and some of the bowls used where difference sizes.Around the table the Roast Leg of Lamb was a favourite, however when the menu says it comes with roasted royal blue potatoes I would have expected more than just 2 small cuts. The lamb was good though, very tender and good portion size. The beef korma also got a thumbs up. The frittata was very dry and the lattice fries too salty.Only issue with the main course was one guest was delivered the incorrect meal, and had to wait while the correct dish was cooked. It had apparently gone to another table, and then the remaining diners had to either wait until all dishes were on the table or start without one dinerCould have done with more choices for dessert, especially as it was an additional cost. The berry charlotte with vanilla ice cream came without the ice cream. We had nearly half an hour wait for dessert. The coffee order that was taken, and we were expecting it to come out after dessert and wanted it after dessert came before dessert. The restaurant was not very busy so not sure why the delay.
Modern Australian cuisine only 76 steps from the beach! Serving Continental buffet breakfast with hot plated options at an additional charge. Simple and inexpensive tapas menu served for dinner indoors or in the alfresco area with drinks available.
Went for breakfast with colleagues. Food was lovely and filling. Am happy to breakfast here if Voyage is full. Different - not as flash - but good value.

We had our Netball Grand Final drinks at the Whitfords Brewing Company. We pre-booked a space and they were very accommodating. We were up on the skydeck and it was delightful. We also pre-booked some pizzas and chips and they were amazing. Thanks Whitford Brewing Company we will definitely come again.Hi Marina Thanks for the lovely feedback. We're so glad to hear you had a great experience for your Grand Final drinks. We look forward to the Netball season next year and love having your club as part of the WBC family.

We visited for an impromptu Saturday lunch (family of 2 adults and 2 young children). This is in a great location but not very busy, probably due to the overcast, windy weather on the day we visited. After being seated and reviewing the menus, my husband happened to ask whether they had any lunch specials. The waitress was surprised we hadnât already been provided with the lunch special menu but did promptly give them to us.The specials appeared to be good value - around four or five options (burger, salad etc) including a wine, beer or soft drink for $25 each. They also had a typical kids menu - a few different options with chips for around $12 each. We ordered the special burger, special warm lamb shoulder salad, a salt and pepper calamari from the standard menu and one kidsâ fish and chips. The beers were served promptly (a choice of Coors or Miller), and not too long a wait for the food either. All meals were very decent sized serves, including the kids meal which our 5 and 2 year old comfortably shared. The downside:⢠Salad was drenched in a lot of dressing which seemed to be predominantly made of oil.⢠The kidsâ fish was very oily.⢠The chicken burger consisted of a very thin slice of chicken with a disproportionately thick coating of batter, making it very dry overall.Overall, the meal was just okay. It was good that we had an Entertainment card to use, saving us just under $20 and bringing the total bill in under $58. I would consider returning again but think some improvements could be made to make this venue and meals more appealing and better value for money.

Portside is Hillary's newest eatery with great food for sharing & grazing with friends or relaxing with some drinks. Try our our Wednesday night ribs special or dine Thursday night for our $12 steak night (with any drink purchased). Live music on the week
Decided to visit for the Thursday night specials of 14$ steak night that was advertised on their website...we were told they no longer do them ...When we showed them the current website page of promos the owner told my husband âget over it ! We made a mistake ... itâs a 14 dollar steakâ .the point is itâs false advertising and the unapologetic attitude of the owner did not impress us .So they have lost a couple of locals .For people reading this review, People will see we have never had a one star review before. These âcustomersââ were totally rude to our staff, shouting at young girls and demanding the steak despite the restaurant informing on Facebook pages weeks in adavnce that it was not available that night for a special event, signs were also at the front of the venue that the steak special had been cancelled. The owner did step in when he had heard enough of the abusive barrage this persons husband was giving the teenage staff . We will not tolerate abusive or bullying behaviour to any person in our restaurants

Urban, Gritty, Relaxed. Craft beer & great food in a family friendly environment.
Fantastic way to end my short stop in Perth! It is situated in such a great area with plenty of seating. Itâs casual dining with great views. The seafood platter we ordered has an amazingly tasty herb lemon glaze on the squid. It was extremely crunchy and well cooked. Service was lovely and reasonably priced too!
