We stopped in on a Thursday night as we were passing through town; after we got seated and ordered our drinks we had a couple questions about the menu in which our waitress could not answer but went to find the answers. We placed our order and waited for our food. 45 minutes later after our food was still not out, we asked another waiter to find our waitress to find out what was going on and asked for another beer (1). Our waitress finally came over and said they were busy and it would just be a while longer, again we asked about getting another beer for my husband (2). Food finally arrived an hour and 20 minutes and you guessed it still no beer so asked for it again (3). My husband finishes half of his wings and cant eat anymore he needs something to drink with them and by this time I've also finished my water. Our waitress was no where to be found; so we finally asked another waitress to help us and indicated our not so happiness with the service, she went and got the manager. The manager came over and gave us a long explanation as to why he had not received his beer (due to printer problems), but still didn't bring him a beer - and wanted to let us know if there was anything she could do - at this point my husband is done, he said yes I need something to drink so I can finish my supper - water, beer or anything at this point, she indicates she will get a beer and will make it on the house. Yes, he finally gets his beer and finishes his meal. Then we get the bill, we are charged for several beers, apparently everytime we asked for a beer they put in a new order and we got charged. The waitress and manager argued with us about the bill indicating that sometime the bill prints out wrong but the math is right....wtf....the manager finally corrected the bill but wouldn't take our credit card to pay for it. She indicated that the waitress would be around to handle it. At that point, we got up and walked to the door, their was a waitress at the togo counter and she checked us out as I indicated she either do it or we were walking out without paying their choice.

My daughter and I stopped in here instead of Buffalo Wild Wings looking for something similar but local. Soooooo glad we did! The drinks were great and prices so cheap. Food was great and the service was awesome. Several people behind the bar all helping everyone and super friendly. Great atmosphere also! Give them a try!

Located on Old Route 66 in Downtown Rolla. They have plenty of cold drinks to pick from. Lots of seating at tables and bar. A large menu with specials going almost every night. A nice stop on Rt.66 when passing through Rolla.

We were in town for the weekend. Applebees usually has something for everyone. We were seated quickly. Staff was friendly. There were 5 of us. We had one appetizers and 5 meals. The food was great. Serving size was way more than we expected. 10 year old daughter had a salad with side of mac n cheese. Said it was the best meal of our 3 day trip! Would recommend the chicken parm over bed of pasta and the cajun shrimp n chicken.

My friend, a local, took me there for lunch and I'm glad he did. The service was as good as the food and portions. A wee bit pricey but well worth it. I got this blackened catfish sandwich and it was big enough for two people. I took half of it home and ate the other half for breakfast and it was as good then as it was the day before. The fries are home made and hand cut various size wedges. Yum yum yum

Pleasant find in Rolla.After visiting my brother needed a bit to eat.Found the Public House on TripAdvisor and decided to give ti a try.We got there around 5 p.m. and there were several patrons in the pub.Extremely friendly wait staff who were very helpful. I had the Giddy Goat Stout and my wife, Nancy, opted for a glass of the Coppola Pinot Noir. Nice glass of wine for a brew pub1For nibbles we ordered the Classic Humus and an Artisian plate with meats and cheeses.Stout was extremely good. Good Pinot.Humus and Artisian plate were good. Nice food and beverage.Very impressed with the waitstaff and their interaction with "regulars." Nice to see. Typical of a smaller, Midwest town.Will definitely return.

We ate dinner here while staying in Rolla for one evening. The steak was prepared just right and tasted superb. Served with baked potato and salad by servers who are very attentive and friendly to their guests. Prices are very reasonable for all the entrees on the menu.This restaurant is local in this part of the US. This chain was a new experience for us and a good one at that!! I would be delighted to eat at another Colton's when I return to this vicinity in the future.

Random stop in on our way back to St. Louis. Did not disappoint. FOOD: The pork tenderloin was large enough to split with 3 people, the pulled pork baked potato was fantastic and also huge. For an appetizer we got the tater tots with cheese and chili (that was a meal in and of itself)!! Definately recommend!!!SERVICE: Friendly, Warm and FastATMOSPHERE: More bar feel although resturant was seperate.Thank you very much for stopping by to dine with us and for leaving this review! Weâre really glad you enjoyed your meal and we hope to see you again the next time you pass through!
