Hey There! We just visited this place. We ordered the Daiquiri and Wings Combo. One of us had the Mild wings and one had the Hot wings. Traditional wet sauce on these. The daiquiri menu is quite large in selection of flavors. I have to warn you that if you are not a big drinker you will find they are strong. They are generous in their alcohol content to me. This place shares a building with La Mexicana Store. It has maybe three small tables inside. They serve mostly fast bar type food such as nachos, wings, frito pie, etc. I give it an average because while it was clean it feels cluttered in such a small space. Our food took a bit to be prepared but they the wings were great in flavor. The daiquiris were wonderful. The two ladies working were nice but not particularly good with their customer service. No coming out from the counter and letting us know how long our order was going to continue to take. No conversing with us and asking if we want anything else. It's a type of place where you walk up to the counter and order and that is pretty much it. There is nothing for a kid to do here because the place is so tight. Their A/C is supplemented by 2-3 fans so expect it not to be super cold in there while our heat keeps hitting the 90s and 100s. I encourage you try it and give them some business if you can. Papa Jackâs is a local bar/pool hall/hangout in a historic old building in downtown Kyle. They recently began hosting Sunday-afternoon Crawfish Boils. I had my suspicions (Central Texas IS NOT Cajun Country), but I was pleasantly surprised by the offering. Good bugs, well seasoned, great potatoes, corn, and sausage chunks. Properly spicy, and a bargain at $5 a âboatâ. Shiner Premium Lager on tap was also a nice surprise, and the canned Cajun/Gulf Coast music selection was good. Coulda been in Port Arthur.

Thought this was a wing place. Boy was I wrong. It is more then a bar. Burgers, pizza, sandwiches and appetizers. Outstanding fred pickles are my personal favorite. You can't eat them all. A nice neighborhood place with live DJ Fridays and Saturdays.

I like this place. I have gone once at dinner and several times for lunch. I like the burgers and the pizza. nice friendly staff. park along the street. Lots of portions. good for friends and couples alike.

We went the the hospital close by and found the location of Applebeeâs to be excellent. We tried different types of entrées, baby back ribs, chicken and shrimp, veggies, soup, and salad, plus spinach cheese and chips appetizer. We were hungry and ate well.
