Hereford is a populated place in Cochise County along the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area in the southern part of the U.S. state of Arizona. It is southeast of Sierra Vista and is a part of the Sierra Vista-Douglas micropolitan area. The elevation is 4,193 feet at the location of the original townsite at the far eastern end of the unincorporated area; the residential area runs for another 8 miles west from this location, blending into the unincorporated area of Nicksville at an elevation of approximately 4800'. Hereford Station Post Office is located at the far western end of Nicksville, at the foot of the Huachuca Mountains.

We were heading out to go to our favorite restaurant Texas Roadhouse but they had a sign on the door that they were closing early due to some mechanical breakdown so we headed to Applebee's and we're pleasantly surprised. The meal was very good, our waitress exceptional. We weren't at all disappointed that TR was closed early that night. We'll go there again.

have eaten here a few times since the menu changed for Friday night dinner. there are many good things on the menu. So far my favorite is the salmon. Reasonably priced, good sized portion. The staff are very friendly. make reservations as they do get crowded.

Where do I start? So many great things! The food is delicious, hand smoked BBQ..... Amazing! The ice cold drinks, live music, and the immaculate rooms upstairs with a spectacular view of Bisbee and the mountains.The owners Celeste and Scott are truly amazing people, so genuine and sincere. The staff is quick with your orders and ready to please. I love coming to the Copper City Saloon, the great atmosphere and the fun keeps me coming back over and over. ... You will never find such friendly and helpful service ! You can really tell the owners and the staff take pride in what they do! Thank you to all of you at Copper City Saloon for yet another amazing visit!

We ate here one night in mid-January when staying at the OK Street Jailhouse in Old Bisbee. We could walk from place to place, so that was convenient. At 6:30pm on a Friday night, we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered a small veggie pizza, and it was very good! One beer, one mai-tai(the server had to look up how to make this, but she did a great job!) and tip put the bill at $25.We were a bit confused at first because we didnât know you had to order at the bar. Maybe a sign indicating this would be helpful?? The old building and its history are interesting.

We've enjoyed Manda Le each time we've eaten there. It's an interesting venue that includes booths, tables, a backroom (busy with lunch meetings the two times we visited, for lunch), table cloths and cloth napkins. When you sit down, you expect quality food and attentive service. One of my favorites has been the Vietnamese Salad with Shrimp. This dish contains a wide variety of ingredients: in addition to nice size shrimp, I enjoyed the combo of cucumbers, pineapple, tomatoes, and grilled onions, served on top of rice noodles and greens. It was topped with a very tasty homemade Vietnamese dressing. I need to add that this dish was huge. I ate about a third of it, took home the rest, and enjoyed two additional meals at home! One of the lunches my husband has enjoyed is the Le's Specialty -- spicy beef served over rice noodles, including chicken-fried rice, served with sliced cucumbers and spring rolls. His lunch must have looked pretty good because a diner who came in asked him what he was eating and ordered the same dish! The Manda Le has several TVs mounted near the bar and in the dining area, broadcasting sports. Because of the semi-formal appearance of the restaurant, which I mentioned above, they somehow seem out of place, even though the sound is off. There is one TV that also runs ads of local stores, including a spot featuring Manda Le. Service varied the few times we visited. One note, Manda Le does serve 'specials.' On one Friday evening visit, I had the lobster tail dinner. Although the tail was small (about 6 oz. before cooking), the meal was quite good, and the price was excellent ($14.99)! It will be hard to chose what I will order the next time we visit...the Egg Fu Yung looks interesting!

Popped in with a group on a weekend evening. I had to explain to the bartender how to make a standard drink. To add insult to injury, the barkeep didn't have the correct ingredients to make the cocktail. The place was a morgue that night with little to no business which might be a reflection of the service. I would suggest that Friday through Sunday, management invests in providing entertainment and all the ingredients for coffee libations (Irish Coffee, Mexican Coffee, Keoke Coffee, etc.). Many retirees come to Bisbee for a long weekend Thursday-Monday to just get away and enjoy.

They say on the walls place orders at the bar. You could have a birthday doing that. Service isnât slow. Itâs non existent. And itâs too bad. The food is pretty good. Just donât sit at an âinvisibleâ table. Thatâs where no one pays attention to you.Donât know another place in Bisbee, but this is a place best left for the very very patient !!!

Fabulous meal in a place you feel like you stepped right back into the old west starting right when you pull in. Music is old westerns, as is the decor. Donât be in a hurry. Take it in and enjoy life! Super friendly staff too! Will definitely be back again!

My husband and I were visiting Bisbee from Tombstone and stopped in here for food. He ordered the Reuben and I order the Thai salad with chicken. Both were SO good. The salad was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place!
