A fun new cafe in the main street of Longreach, we pride ourselves on our coffee, our homemade cakes, and our ability to make you feel at home. Come for the coffee, stay for a chat.

Easy to miss as you go down the main street but when you enter it feels right straight away. Warm welcome from the staff abc then the coffee arrives - perfect. Best coffee we found on our trip to the west. Lots of home made tempting treats and good food options. We went back and would highly recommend. Thanks so much for taking the time to review us, Peter! We're so glad you liked the coffee and enjoyed your visit - we hope to see you again next time you're in Longreach. Safe trip home! - Case & team.

Decor is very nice. Had wagyu steak which was tough. Frozen vegetables and lots of mash. I thought for the price it was poor. Quite surprised they were out of ice cream. Service was good. And so was the company.

Found this beautiful spot on our last day in Longreach but thoroughly enjoyed our al fresco lunch of homemade quiches and salad plus delicious hummingbird cake in their lovely shady garden.Every seat was taken by the time we left and wish we'd discovered this spot earlier in our stay - we'd been really missing fresh salads and fruits while travelling in the outback and it was great to find such a varied menu. Arrive early to grab a seat!

What is wrong with you guys? You have a large captive audience and you staff your restaurant with a handful of undertrained back packers. The result, several menu items not available, mixed up drink orders and two hour wait for food. When it did arrive the pasta was cold, the half kilo rack of ribs looked more like a quarter kilo (probably as they were running out) and the lamb chops were like no cut of lamb I’ve ever seen before, and terrible. You can’t blame the staff, they have obviously been chucked in the deep end of the pool by incompetent (or very frugal) management. One last thing, If I am in Queensland and I order a Dark and Stormy, I want Bundy Rum with good quality Australian Ginger Beer (Bundaberg, Cascade or Baxters) not the cheap and nasty Kirks that you supply. You are charging a premium price, what about some premium service and product.

We have been to this Club several times over the years and accept it is a club not a fine dining experience. However, I ordered a chicken schnitzel and it came out with a plate so hot you could hardly touch it. The food had obviously been in the microwave as the veg stuck to the plate. Staff were very friendly and overall service good. If you have a large party would recommend making a booking.
