Small restaurant in a strip of shops. Lovely tasty food, good service, friendly, helpful staff. Good idea to book ahead as there are limited tables. Good perking in the street or behind.

Am not a great fan of Chinese food however that is changing after a night out at the Fairy Mountain Chinese Restaurant. Very clean premises with appropriate ambient music in the background. Good service and more importantly quality meals where you just want to have more.Highly recommend this restaurant. I've not had a better Chinese meal anywhere and I've had quite a few over the years and generally been disappointed or not in a hurry to return. Can't say that about this restaurant.

Book well in advance as full every night. Atmosphere is good, being a small diner you are fairly cramped in seating. The food is great, very tasty and well presented. Faily fast after ordering. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth return visits.

I had dinner here on consecutive nights, just to see if the food was a good the second time around and I wasnât disappointed. The portions are small, but so are the prices.

I have always come past the Olinda tea house but on the occasions we tried it was closed. Today was our lucky day. We stopped off for lunch and the food, service and style was perfect. Attentive, fast service. Delicious food. Gorgeous surroundings despite the freezing cold weather. A definite go to and will 100% come back - especially when warmer.

Friends had told me of this little winery thats hidden between Monbulk and Macclesfield in the Dandenongs/Yarra Valley. What a surprise to come across it. We headed there for Sunday lunch. The food was absolutely wonderful, fresh, taste and so reasonably priced. What a gem. We had a choice of their own wines with the lunch and they also served fresh herbs from their own garden.
Bland with no flavour.I ordered Lemon chicken - extremely tough, dry and stringy. Couldn't even chew some of it. Sure it had been reheated. Wifey had beef and veg. No flavour. Special rice was dry and tasteless. This restaurant was formerly Tien Loong. Their food was generally great. New owners now and renamed Bamboo Bali. Very disappointed. Never again!

We had a large, loud booking here and the staff were amazing â extremely helpful and friendly. They took orders by family, allowing everyone to pay their own family's bill at the end â it really takes the stress out of the bill splitting for a large party. The food here is spot on â the deep fried chicken is a highlight, so tasty. Service was fast and thorough. We've eaten in twice here, it's usually quiet, the atmosphere isn't fantastic, but the food and service make it throughly worthwhile. This place has also become our choice for Thai takeaway, the quality makes a longer drive worth it.

I have been to this buzzing Thai restaurant a couple of times now and it never fails to impress. The food is delicious, very well presented and itâs clear the chef takes pride in their culinary craft. Prices are reasonable and the menu is extensive, with some interesting and enticing variations on traditional Thai themes. On the second occasion I visited, the place was packed yet the service was prompt, attentiive, professsional and friendly. The place is located centrally in Lilydale and parking is easy, with plenty of angle car parks immediately outside. The lay out of the restaurant would suit couples, but it would also be large enough to accommodate large groups (which not all Thai restaurants could typically do). Iâll certainly be back. Itâs one of the best Thai restaurants Iâve been to in Melbourne â well done to the people there.Thank you for your nice review.
