Pretty cool place, yet lively. Great food and cocktails first. First time we've visited in over a year.Last time food was not too great but we'd heard that they had chef problems but that these had been sorted now.Staff are very friendly & welcoming.Restaurant is nicely furnished.Food was definitely much improved & sauces were not over-thickened with msg as happens at other chinese restaurants.This is back as our favourite chinese in Duquesa.

One of the great plus's of this restaurant is it's theatrical Japanese Teppanyaki table, so when you ask for the table & offer your name, it would be rather good to actually be seated there. Once corrected, we were delighted by a superb theatrical display and very very tasty food. Albeit, not overly seasoned - but very fresh and with an accomplished & skilled chef. Knife skills and chopping on the hot plate at high speed can really take your breathe away - it was impressive.However, after settling into our evening our party also enquired about desserts - but the chef refused to come back for our party, which puts a little dampener on proceedings. One of the issues we are highly critical of was the level of cleanliness. The floor to the restaurant wasn't clean, the walls behind the Teppanyaki table smeared with grease & the light switches also - it's a messy business Teppanyaki - but someone needs to clean up afterwards. Even the Teppanyaki table was left in a sea of grease and charred remains once the chef had done his party-piece. It illustrates a lack of care.To really clinch the top prize, the toilets were revolting.If you are going perpetrate the reputation of offering the best Asian food that Duquesa has to offer, then you better back it up with a better attitude, a cleaner restaurant and really act the part. Asiatico pretends on too many fronts to do any better than mediocre overall, sadly.

I have nothing good to say about this bar except the young girl serving was lovely. There was no food available when all around every other bar was serving food. I will not be returning. Another good point is the place was clean.

Very clean and presentable, this more authentic Japanese restaurant sits within the market in central Estepona.My wife and I arrived around 7:30pm and received a warm welcome by the owners of this family business, chef Mayuri Kobayashi and her husband. We both had gyoza followed by ramen. It was all very tasty and we greatly enjoyed our visit.We will return!

Visited here with our friends having been before as a couple. It was quite busy but that didn't cause any problems with service or food quality. A very pleasant experience from start to finish and our firends were equally impressed. Definitely one to have on your list when visiting the Port.
