I have been here so many times, but tonight was the best. Adam our waiter went above and beyond for us. His charisma, his hospitality, humour and charm blew us away and I loved his recommendations! He checked in on us throughout our meal and always made sure there was a smile on our faces. The restaurant is on the Liverpool Road in Burwood and getting parking can be a challenge. The food here is awesome and authentic Indian. We had the vegetable platter, assortment of breads, village special chicken curry and paneer kurchan. All of them were lip smacking good.The ambiance is ok but not fine dining. The service is very friendly and prompt.

The food was FABULOUS....!!! Unfortunately, despite the well-groomed and obvious experience in the wait staff, they were somewhat ambivalent toward us - each paying $240 for food alone one would expect a little warmth toward the guest....none...!!!As we sat, we were asked if we were celebrating something special to which we replied yes, we were - at no point did the ask what we were celebrating or if we enjoyed the course as it was cleared....just going through the motions of clearing and delivering the next course...!!! Scripted descriptions of the delivered food with zero interaction....!!Sadly, we had been looking forward to this dining experience for ages and we were extremely disappointed....!!!

Found out about this restaurant by chance on a food delivery app and was attracted by the pictures particularly by the pad see ew which has a sort of rice gnocchi instead of noodles. So we decided to give it a go and got food delivered and Iâm so glad I discovered this place!!!! The pad see ew was beyond good, with a thicker sort of caramelised sauce which was amazing with the rice gnocchi and Chinese broccoli!!! We also tried the green curry with brown rice that tasted amazing and satay tofu also good but I like chicken better :) weâll definitely order again and also try to go to the restaurant itself.

Great TripAdviser recommendation, could not have been happier. Well worth high rating.Staff friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is located in an old church hall. Clever fit out has resulted in a well laid out space with plenty of atmosphere and good acoustics.Food was spot on. Cooked to order, clean, well defined flavours.We had tasting plate entree, excellent, and a chicken main with fried rice. A really enjoyable meal.Just visiting Sydney but will try go back.Highly recommended.

Over the years we have been going to Atom Thai for all occasions, a casual after work dinner, for celebrations and get-togethers with friends and family. Everyone we have taken there have fallen in love not only with the food but also the warmth of the owner and the staff. Atom feels like home to us. The staff are always accommodating and courteous even at the busiest of times. I can personally recommend the Miang Goong and Salt & Pepper Squid for Entree, for main we love the Barramundi Salads, Pork and Beans, Seafood Volcano, in fact we have never had a bad meal at Atom Thai.Don't hesitate to book in and enjoy!We are very grateful for your patronage and your friendship, always very happy to see you and your family. 4 of us walked in without a booking on a Tuesday around 6pm, and were lucky to get a table. It filled very quickly!There is a reasonable, but not huge, menu choice. Itâs recommended to share plates, which we did.Some menu items (like duck) seemed expensive. Wine by the glass ($22 a glass for 250ml Chardonnay) is at the higher end too.Every plate was delicious.Service was excellent.Our overall bill (for 4) was $300 before tip, which was ok.Weâd eat there again if in that area.

Came for dinner with friends and was really happy with the whole experience. Food was delicious, very busy and the food came out quickly. Watermelon cocktail was amazing! Good wine list selections. All loved our meals.
