We live close by and always drive past this place so we finally decided to try it and we were sorry we did. The spring rolls were too greasy. The sesame noodle appetizer was not hot and came with a mound of sauce on top. It was too much sauce tho. It basically ruined the noodles for us. We then ordered cashew chicken and almond chicken. The almond chicken had no flavor and the cashew chicken was slightly better but I was still unsatisfied. Even the fried rice that came with the dish was not great. We definitely won't be back here again. There was only one other couple dining inside. They "forgot" their left overs. I am assuming this was intentional and I wish we had left ours too.

This was our first dining experience here. We went on a Saturday evening and it was not very busy. There was only one waiter working at the time but he got us everything we needed. We ordered the pot stickers which were probably one of the best I have had. And we ordered the Pink Lady, Peony Special, and a Spider Roll sushi. They also gave us a salad of sorts to start with which was tasty. We were surprised at how much food we got with the sushi! It was all delicious and it was a beautiful work of art. We can't wait to go back again soon!

The place has a good style and knowledgeable people behind the bar but the focus is clearly not on the food. The menu is very limited and one of the cornerstones, the pho, is bland and oddly sweet tasting. The service is sluggish at times but not horrible. Go for the atmosphere, the style and beer.

When it comes to pho, this place is certainly not a destination for it though I do appreciate the attempt and effort the chef put into it. I had the rare beef pho, and there was waaaaaaaaaaay too much noodles in the bowl, and there was hardly any broth. I can't tell you if the broth was good or not, since it was so little and the noodles (that usually has no flavor, hence the broth to make it flavorful) was overpowering.I did try the the sweet and spicy cauliflower as a side since I love cauliflower, and that was quite the treat! I enjoyed it very much, and it was a sizable portion (even as a side).I appreciate that there is Vietnamese food in Granville, so I most likely will come again. But I'll try some of the other items next time.Glad you will return for more of our Viet inspired street food. Don't blame you for feeling bad about the overwhelming volume of noodles in your pho because its all about the broth. If your ever get too many noodles again be sure to say "hay, what's up with all these noodles, I thought I ordered pho?" Eat Viet!

We do take-out from Lucky Bamboo regularly and dine-in about once a quarter. It's been a real pleasure over the last decade to watch this immigrant, family-owned restaurant gradually expand and upgrade its space, and recently add a second location. They've earned it with good, friendly, and extremely rapid service, and good food. Eat in or take out--I've never had anything bad at the Lucky Bamboo and never been disappointed.

Business dinner. We had hibachi. Good presentation and banter with the hibachi cook. Good service from the waitress. Food was really good. I had chicken hibachi, my business associate had steak and scallops hibachi. We had the sashimi and sushi appetizers, again excellent.

This is a wonderful little Thai restaurant that prices itself on the freshest ingredients. The chef shops and gets what is excellent or he doesn't buy it. So the Shrimp Pad Thai zings and sings with level of heat you want from savory, no heat to something most of us can't eat without melting down. Perfect. Exactly as you order. The atmosphere is pleasant and staff friendly and attentive. The former option for wine is now gone, just as a point of information.

This was one of our favorite lunch spots. Not any more. No sushi. Plain as-I-cook-at-home food. Some new faces. The food was, at best, good. My rice was cool upon delivery, but the main entre was hot. We are sad to see the deterioration of a good thing.
