Note this restaurant is nowhere near Chester itâs in Whitley South Warrington.The Thai food is really nice and authentic. The menu has a good selection and brings in a few other influences.The location in an old pub âThe Birch and Bottleâ works but could do with a bit of a spruce up and the selection of beers is a bit dated. Also the service gets a bit stretched when busy - which happens cos the food is so good

Unpretensious though neat and smart modern decor - though perhaps lighting a bit stark. Very acceptable and well prepared Southern Indian cuisine and excellent value for money. The staff were very professional - polite, helpful, efficient.

On so many levels this place doesnât work.OverpricedPoor ingredientsAmateur serviceWhy do people rate Thai places highly - because they have never tasted decent Thai food and just think noodles with chilli is exotic!!The only thing positive is that I really think the chefs think the food is good!! Having lived in SE Asia for 10 years I can tell you it is very average.The Thai food in Chester market is twice as good and half the price.Stay away!

I have been using this restaurant for as long as I can remember; in fact since it first opened many, many years ago. The set lunch is a real bargain. It is a small intimate restaurant with very high standards. You get a tablecloth and napkins in addition to the excellent food.

Stopped here for a quick dinner and it was a good experience. The menu offers a good selection of food and drinks. Service is friendly and and the atmosphere is nice although the light in the restaurant is very bright. Started with the fish cakes which were delicious and then had a curry with king prawns. Very good choices. Dessert was generous. Will come again when I am in the neighbourhood. Parking in front of the restaurant is difficult but there is paid parking around the corner.

Very friendly greeting when we arrived, a trend that continued throughout our visit, which set the tone for a really enjoyable night. Everything we ate was absolutely spot on, undoubtedly the best Chinese meal we have had for many a year. Recommended without hesitation.

We received a lovely welcome from the owner, Bobby. The food choices were very extensive on the menu and tasted cooked from fresh, so do expect a little wait... but well worth it. Bring your own bottle if you want wine or beer, small charge for 'corkage' £2.95 to be expected so no problem. Overall... I thought it was great value, clean, staff attentive and lovely food.. we will return!
