We've stopped at the Hometown Cafe several times. Their hours accommodate breakfast and lunch until 2:00pm. Everything you see, pies, muffins, pastry, soups, and sandwiches are all made there. If you're looking for a good quick breakfast or lunch, this cafe is worth the stop. The prices are very reasonable.

Waitress was attentive. We tried their appetizer sampler with fried raviolis, stuffed mushroom, and crab cakes which were delicious. All the food came out at the perfect temperature, and my son ordered macaroni and cheese, which came out looking homemade. My husband and I got ribs and steak tips-cooked perfectly. The butternut squash was very flavorful. We will definitely be back.

The staff always pleasantly greets you upon entry and wishes you well on leaving. The food, especially the seafood, is always well prepared and the menu varies during the year. The sports bar is a bit more popular than the dining section. Food is always fresh with good portions. Steaks are well prepared but the burgers seem to be overly spiced.

We used to eat here at least 3 times a week. Friendly staff, Good portions, great specials. Friendly bar atmosphere. Home cooking when you don't want to! If you can't find something yummy on this extensive menu......seafood, pasta, apps, prime rib, salads, desserts. Never had a bad meal ever. Portions so large we always had take away for the next day.
