Pros: friendly service and very accommodating (shout out to Mariane!), good menu and generally a good foot spot. Cons: lack of background ambience, not many sauces.

My wife and I were staying in St. Denis, and saw this listed as the #1 restaurant in St Denis, so we had to try it. First off, atmosphere. A cozy, small place with a western flair. Wooden floor, a cow horn mount behind the counter, and westerns playing in the TV (They Call Me Trinity with French dubbed). Very nice. Friendly service, dry welcoming, though just one person serving (and someone unseen cooking). A very cool mix of burgers, from the more traditional LâArtisan to the funky Le Forgeron (with raclette) and Le Mineur (with grilled eggplant), chicken, pulled beef and even vegetarian, thereâs something sure to please any palate. The fries are hand cut skin on, and sprinkled with salt and smoked paprika for a wonderful smoky flavor. About the only odd thing was the lack of ketchup, not on the burgers, not with the fries, not on the menu. This hidden gem is a place we would definitely return to.

Nous avons super bien manger, un accueil au top également. Accompagné de mon mari et notre fille de 2ans nous avons mangé sur place un régal! Les frites aux cheddar ont beaucoup plus à notre mini-nous lol. Je recommande vivement !Nous sommes donc revenu avec des amis récemment et toujours aussi agréable !
