The Sonic was supposed to be open - but they refused to take my order. Went to the drive through ... nothing. Went to the park-and-order ... nothing. Unacceptable. But - in Raton, New Mexico nothing opens when it is supposed to open and they get so much traffic from Texas that they don't care about the local business. Will take a lot for me to go back. Went to McDonald's instead.

Subways are normally one of our standards when traveling, but we won't be going to this one again. Menu was limited compared to any other Subway we have visited and the bread dry. The real problem is the people. Obviously not thrilled with there jobs and very good at ignoring customers. The topper was when our granddaughter spilled her drink. My wife went to the counter to try and getting some napkins our paper towels, but was repeatedly ignored. Then to make matters worse one of the workers came from the restroom and saw the spill then went to her co-worker and told her there was a spill in the back. The other worker in a very sarcastic tone threw up here hands and said out loud "Oh, great". Never again will we visit this Subway.

Was spending the night just down the street, so we hit this Denny's for dinner. Well, it was your basic Denny's. Nothing special either good or bad. I did not experience the negative service described in some of the reviews. Our server was pleasant and responsive....as I would expect. The location is convenient to the multiple hotels near the Interstate exit. This is about the third time I have eaten here and it remains pretty consistent.

I'm always skeptical to have any seafood dish in a town far away from the ocean. Not being a meat eater I took a chance. Jackpot!!! Great in flavor, easy on the pocket and so filling. Many other quick eats and well known for their shaved ice. Thank you so much for your business! We hope to exceed your expectations every visit! We were in town one night and decided to try this. The food was average at best. There wasnât any seasoning on anything. My daughter thought her steak wasnât good. I had the shrimp and it was ok. I wouldnât go back.

Good food, friendly service, BUT slow service apparently driven by kitchen. Obviously popular with locals, most diners seemed to know each other. That you for your nice review and glad to hear the service was friendly and the food was good. I apologize for the slow service out of the kitchen. Unfortunately, it was a staffing issue and one that I have hopefully resolved. We hope to see you again!

Had the excellent fish and chips, I substituted fried okra for the fries to make a healthy option. The fish came straight from the fryer, the chicken fried steak looked good. Service was fast and friendly. Nice clean atmosphere. We ate the breakfast buffet in the morning, nice hardly eating.

We hit here our first evening in Raton for a quick meal with friends. Our server was friendly and efficient. Wings were delicious - spicy Asian lemon pepper, and cranberry chipotle with wine and beer, followed by cannoli and a cookie sundae. All excellent. Nice environment - we hsd a table by the window. Mostly locals. Totally deserves its rating as tge best in Raton - and beyond!Thank you so much for your exceptionally kind and detailed review, we are thrilled to have pleased you with the food and service at Bruno's!
