Ate here with a group of 14 people. Our service was excellent and everyone's order arrived exactly as requested. Everything was delicious and beautiful in presentation - we love coming here with out-of-town guests. We will be back soon and appreciate Wild Eggs continuing their longtime tradition delicious brunch at an affordable price. Such a wonderful array of menu options with both healthy and indulgent entrees. My only complaint would be the overpriced iced tea!! Sorry, it's my pet peeve when restaurants overcharge for drinks.

The people, the food, the feel, and guests are genuinely Louisville and nothing short of fantastic.I start with the scallops, move to the filet and have never been disappointed. The bourbon selection is second to none and always accompanied with the commentary usually reserved for conversation about fine wines.

Try as we may to discover a new lunch spot we still find ourselves gravitating back here. Why risk disappointment when you have a sure thing? Today the tomato dill soup and pimento cheese sandwich was as good as anytime in the past. Service was very good as usual and very prompt. It helps that prices are reasonable, too. Although parking can be iffy these days with the continued construction of the Paristown Point venue next door there is a free parking lot a block or so down the street. Also, remember that The Cafe will be moving down the street sometime in the fall and be open seven days a week. Stay tuned.

Buck's is a gem and we'd never have found it without the recommendation of our B&B owner. First, it is lovely. Second, we walked in after three brutal days on the road looking like something the cat dragged in and they treated us just as nicely as they did the rest of the guests. The food is simply wonderful The ambiance is so relaxing and friendly. Don't let the appearance of the building put you off. Had the Hot Brown, it definitely lived up to its reputation. I couldnât eat the whole thing. The Ceasar Salad was made tableside and it was delicious($25 for two). Jamaal and Harold were delightful servers. I love a popular spot thatâs been around for ages. Our food was excellent -I had short ribs with shrimp and grits to start. I wish Iâd had room for dessert-choices looked fantastic. I really just gave it only three stars because the tables are really small and we were just packed in like sardines which just made it loud and uncomfortable. Iâm glad to have tried it but wouldnât feel in a hurry to go back - maybe it would be better on an off hour.

With the Main Dining room and bar closed we were concerned going down to the J Graham Cafe but pleasantly surprised. Promptly acknowleged and seated. Very attentive and accomodating service. First visit so there really is no choice except the Hot Brown. Turkey was perfectly cooked, plump, juicy and sliced. Dish was very good and a true regional original like a Waldorf salad. Full bar. Mint juilp was served in glass rather than cup and ice could have been shaved not crused. Derby pie was very rich but completed a bucket list dining expereince for Louisville. Can't say I have made a bad choice on the food selection. Their burgers are definitely good.Usually some good local and overall solid choices for their draft lists. Specifically cocktails their Kentucky Lavender mule is extremely refreshing.
