We dined here tonight with a couple from Latvia/Sweden! Great time! Nice atmosphere! They have recently added a full bar! The salmon, homemade ravioli, heirloom tomato salad, and homemade chips were awesome! Nice mix of locals and tourists! In or near Clarksdale? Give Hooker a visit!

We went on a night when they were having live music and ate their spaghetti which was so good!!! Order drinks, relax and listen to the blues. Get there early because this place is small inside and you will want to get a seat.

If you judge a place by the food, this place is okay. If you judge by overall experience, this place leaves something to be desired. The service was not great, took a long time to get coffee, and the oatmeal, while tasty, came with no extras like brown sugar or raisins.

We chose Stone Pony because of the musician who was performing that night. The hostess and servers were friendly, and the restaurant was not too crowded. Service was a bit slow, but we were there for the music, and not in any hurry to leave. I had a hamburger steak with gravy, fries, and side salad. Fries were baked frozen fries, and were not very hot. My husband had fettuccine Alfredo, which he said was good. If you like pizza, it certainly looked good.

We ate here on St. Patrickâs Day in the evening. We were lucky enough to hear the last two sets the band played. The staff was very friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced. Itâs a family-friendly place. We enjoyed a taste of southern hospitality.

Very few Aussie restaurants serve this variety of Southern cooking. The American variety's much better and thus I can heartily recommend Abe's BBQ. The food is really good, suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I particulalry like the ribs; lots of meat with BBQ sauce. Southern BBQ is a great American cuisine, don't miss out on it

Went to Clarksfale Mississippi, The town is home to all the blues greats like: Sam Cooke, Ike Turner and for some reason actor Morgan Freeman who owns Ground Zero Bar in Clarksdale. If you just looked from the outside of this building you normal reaction would be to run away as fast as you can. Once inside the food is great and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes can not go wrong eating here.

Arrived on a sad tuesday night where it was the only open place in town and we were able to grab a pretty good meal with an especially good salad, rather rare in this region. Nice and friendly service and more than acceptable beers.So sorry that it was a sad Tuesday. There was live music across the side street at Hambone's. I hope someone told you about it. Come back soon. The blues are supposed to make you happy in a strange sort of way.
