While in Stockholm I went on a day trip to Tyresta National Park and absolutely loved it! There are a variety of trails of different lengths that are well marked and suitable for people of varying abilities/fitness. If you can I would definitely recommend seeing Lake Årsjön within the park. It is a beautiful lake and a perfect place to take a little break.

Beautiful national park about 45 minutes from Lund. Gorgeous wooded trails that lead up to one of the most stunning viewpoints in Skane. There is quite a lot of parking, with a visitors center with maps of the trails in a few languages. Picnic benches at the top to enjoy the serene setting. If you have mobility issues you can drive to the top to enjoy the view Absolutely worth a trip
