Reviewed By gws1902I was looking for a hotel close to my Monday morning appointment. I found this gem. A Great locations which was ideal for my trip. The rooms were enormous and clean. and easily accessible just off the highway. Would highly recommend this location.

Pleasantly surprised - exceeded my expectations
Reviewed By EmptyNesterMomI had stayed here before but it’s been a while so I had some apprehension seeing on their website that the hotel has recently been sold. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was modern, attractive and very clean. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the shower was great! Refrigerator in the room was convenient. There was some highway noise even on a high floor but it wasn’t significant. Staff were courteous, competent and eager to help. The “bistro” had good food options and a pleasant seating area. The parking garage seemed very secure, and the parking payment coupon from the hotel worked easily. It’s the best location for visiting downtown Waterbury, which also seems relatively clean and safe. We took a walk and met a police officer who told us that security cameras and police presence do make those few blocks very safe. Diorio’s restaurant which is conveniently accessible from inside the hotel is temporarily closed. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Too noisy place to stay
Reviewed By jx77680Fast check in and nice people when I arrived. The motel looks like a lot of other Quality Inn motel except there isn’t any pool. It’s in a very noisy street with a lot of cars and trucks on the highway just in front of the room door. Impossible to sleep after 6:30am because of the noise. The non smoking room was nice and clean with 2 queen bed. Not the best beds ever but ok. The bathroom was ok and clean. Fridge and microwave were included. Complimentary breakfast was ok but the room was very small. Very dissapointed for the high price we payed for this basic motel. And definitely will not come back here because of the price and noise.

Motel has its own onsite parking,free wifi throughout the building,Free cable Tv/Ac in each room,Free local phone calls allowed,Double beds rooms and Jacuzzi rooms have mini fridge/microwave and dresser.We have soft drinks/snacks vending machines.
They don't give a damn
Reviewed By StyxLatteExtremely rude staff. Ignored my reservation. Tried to overcharge me. Wouldn't let me check in after midnight on a reservation booked at 11:15. Drove four hours to find this out. Plus I was extremely scared my vehicle would be robbed overnight. This place is shady!
