Best hotel to stay at in Warren / Niles Ohio
Reviewed By Recio YThe room was nicely done and modern. It had great amenities! I was very happy with the front desk staff, especially Juliette, Chris and Jonathon. They went above and beyond to make our stay as great at possible and they were very friendly. Even the other hotel staff and grounds keepers were friendly as well. The breakfast was amazing and the building itself was posh. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Warren / Niles Ohio. I work in the TV Industry for Netflix and we travel and stay at hotel all across the world. From very high end to mid level. I have to say this by far was the BEST Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at throughout all of the Holiday Inn Express chains! Keep up the good work and give your staff a raise! They have set the bar high and other hotels should follow suit! RY

Reviewed By utshanabWe stayed for five days. The the atmosphere was calming. The staff was friendly; we had fun in the pool. The beds were wonderful. There were plenty of options for tv streaming (Showtime, HBO, etc.); it was a great stay for us. Great location to. There were plenty of places to shop and eat near by.

Reviewed By THINGS2LIVE4The clerk on Friday 10-08-21 in the afternoon had a bad attitude. Please see the attached pictures. The parking lot was empty, all that they had available were smoking rooms. I ended up staying at another place. I travel frequently and would advise people to avoid this place.

Filthy and Dangerous Pool
Reviewed By JAPetermanThe pool deck is beautiful white tile. But it is a death trap when wet. Someone will be seriously injured if this is not addressed ASAP. The pool is also rather filthy and particles floating around. Bottom seems to have algae build up. Health Dept. has been contacted. Please address these issues asap.
