Was pleasant, as expected for the price
Reviewed By SomeNYCGuyI stayed here just one night. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the linens all clean and comfortable. The room was decent sized, with a king bed. The couch/loveseat sitting furniture with footrest was fairly comfortable and there was some kind little side stand that you could bring over it (I assume to hold snacks while watching TV). I did use the coffeemaker which worked fine, coffee was ok for free coffee hotel. Shower was hot, towels clean and plenty. The staff was pretty friendly, the little market place next to the front desk was decently stocked, but I missed the last cookie dough ice cream. A supply of small things you might have forgotten like toothpaste, or snacks, candies, frozen foods, beer, and what seemed like a decent wine selection (I didn't check prices). I made it to the gym, which was small but I was by myself. Treadmills, cycle machine, and free weights, enough to keep you busy. Would get crowded if there were 4 people there. I ate dinner at the 'restaurant', and was pleasantly surprised in the taste of the food. I find it hard to believe they cooked it on the spot and yet it didn't seem like a microwaved dish. I got their BLT with fries (the BLT had some sort of spicy mayonnaise and was tasty). All in all, a pleasant experience at a reasonable price. I would certainly return.

Nice Cozy Place
Reviewed By VBueno49Place was clean and cozy. The staff was nice and helpful they made sure we were settled in. Could fix the window in bathroom but other wise the room was nice and clean and was quiet allowed us to sleep and get up on time for our fishing trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Very kind staff and decent rooms/safe area
Reviewed By mcdanietPatel was the sweetest man to be greeted by at the front desk. He showed us a few rooms and gave us a good rate and was very accommodating. I've stayed here two times now and this place makes me feel like I'm safe and at home. The rooms are clean, fairly new, nice towels and beds/pillows. I appreciate the mini fridge and table w/chairs in the room.

Avoid at all costs
Reviewed By DorminRBuilding has a severe lack of maintenance and felt unsafe. Door lock was loose. No dressers or night stands in the rooms, mattresses were still in the plastic bags, only two towels and one washcloth (not even a bath mat), TV didn't work. I've stayed in many low budget motels for work but when I visit the Jersey Shore, I would expect much better amenities for such an affluent area. This place was a dump.

Most Disgusting Hotel Ever
Reviewed By mrr822Gross. Terrible. Rude. Stains on the unwashed sheets. S**t flecks all on the toilet. Electrical socks hanging out of the wall near the sink. Chairs with missing wheels. WIFI does not work. The gross out factor was a 10 out of 10. When I asked the manager to replace the chair because it was missing a wheel and I couldn't sit in it, he said that I should just put something under where the missing wheel was. Finally he relented and brought some beat up chair over. When I sat in that, it sank to the floor. The stains on the wall near the toilet are brown/black and are more like smears that stains. Yeah, I think so. I had checked in to stay for a couple of days. When I told the manager I was checking out after one day he said he would not give me any refund and would charge me even if I checked out. I left anyway before I caught a disease.
