Reviewed By Maninasuitcase2014We arrived by train and the hotel was easy to access through the huge shopping mall. Easy and pleasant check in. Wonderful room on the sixth floor; bright and modern with a dynamic view of the estuary. I found the staff at reception very helpful. Quite handy for a couple of bars and restaurants with the old town a short walk (be aware, it’s on a hill) Enjoyed our brief stay.

The staff really made the stay delightful, as they were friendly and helpful with good advice. The food was very good, both at dinner and breakfast. We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Reviewed By Nuno SI stay in Vigo very often in my business travels. This week the Hotel I usually stay was fully booked and I decided to try this small Hotel right in the heart of the city centre. The experience was positive from the first second. I stopped the car in front and asked the reception lady if she could open the hotel garage to let me park inside as the hotel us in a very busy road. Immediately she did, and even helped me manover the car going to the minus 2 floor. Very pleasant service at the check inn counter. The room was very nice and the experience right after opening the door put a smile to my face. It smelled very nice and clean. All you may need in a hotel room was there. Modern look, very clean and tiddy. Even an ironing board was available in the closet. USB ports on the electric outlets, minibar, working desk, comfortable bed, wonderful shower. The breakfast has enough, with option of scrambled eggs and bacon, and natural orange juice squeezed just at the moment you have it. The gentleman that serves it was super friendly and very professional. I definitely want to go back there, and I would consider this one of the top 5 hotels in Vigo. The front door of the hotel has the direct access to the highway in 30mts. It's worth giving it a try.

Reviewed By K4FALEven though Tripadvisor say this hotel is closed, it is not, we stayed there last week, it is a lovely hotel, well placed for beaches, port and town, bus service is outside the door, the breakfast was fabulous. The bars and cafes around Vigo were excellent, we did not even have dinner one night as the tapas given with drinks were so filling! This hotel is perfect for anyone planning on exploring Northern Spain.

Reviewed By viltzu_83The hotel was very easy to find being located in central areas of Vigo, next to Urzaiz. Rooms and public areas were clean and well-maintained. Must have been quite recently refurbished. Friendly staff and good customer service. The breakfast was better than I expected and I really recommend that option if you are staying in this hotel. The breakfast was better than generally in hotels of this price range. The elevator is small if you have any baggage. Probably it has been built into an old elevator shaft which would be technically quite hard to enlarge. Other than that it's hard to find anything negative as the hotel was really good especially compared to its cheap prices.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary facilities. The Wi-Fi is fast and accessible for guests. The available staff(due to Covid protocols) were warm and friendly. Located between the Plaza Compostela and the maritime station, pier leading out to the Cies Islands and Old town, are just 100 metres away. Spacious luxury rooms with large desk, natural wood floor stereo and screen TV with Canal +. Free fruit and water in the corridors of the floors. Easy access to major roads, port and airport as well as to the beaches of the Ria de Vigo. Great views from the breakfast terrace. the cost of the parking is 13€ and it has limited places. free Wi-fi.

Reviewed By thomasbinmadridExcellent location to catch the ferry to the Islas Cíes or other destinations. The room was spacious and clean. The furniture showed some wear. The €82/night rate seems fair considering the location and current market rates. Lots of restaurant options in the plaza nearby and a short walk to the historic city center where there was quite the nightlife with more outdoor dining options. The hotel sent an email to reserve a space in the nearby parking garage, which was just a couple minutes away. The reception desk personnel were friendly and efficient.

Renovated gym
Reviewed By juande1975I was disappointed last time I stayed in this hotel because its gym had half of its equipment out of order. Not this time. Everything was in very good order. As a matter of fact most of it was quite new. The COVID protocol to use it was also appropriate.

The receptionist named Sole was exceptional- she recommended local restaurants and attractions. She has a great personality and was very attentive. We were 17 pilgrims on the Camino, and this was the very nicest hotel of all. Highly recommended!
