Dans un mas du XIVe siècle rénové en 2010, vous découvrirez dans le haut Vaucluse aux portes de la Drome Provençale 5 chambres d'hôtes donnant sur le jardin, la piscine ou le patio. Meublées en bois de teck avec salle de bain et toilette particulière. Nous proposerons notre table d'hôtes à base de produits frais. Reviewed By Goofy61Beautiful B&B! It's in the middle of lavender fields. We stayed last year for one night and came back this year for 3 nights. The rooms look great, the pool is very inviting, the food is really good and the hosts are very nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I love the way they have "done up" the place. We've stayed in many nice b&b's over years, we much prefer them than hotels, but this ia the first one we've come back to.

Reviewed By janeyaldridgeWe visited as part of group staying nearby on a bread course at Domaine l’Ancienne Ecole, near Vinsobres. Our visit to the restaurant had been recommended by the proprietaires and we were not disappointed. The chef / restauranteur Sigi was very welcoming and we were quickly seated at our table. There was a choice of two starters- sardines or squid. I chose the sardines which were beautifully presented and were honestly the best I have ever tasted. So fresh! Catfish or Cote de boeuf were offered as a main course. I had the beef which was shared with two of my friends. It was absolutely delicious served with griddled vegetables and chips. Dessert was strawberries. Sigi suggested local wines at our request and we enjoyed a white, a rose and a red - all very good and a perfect match for our food. Eating here felt like being invited into a friend’s home as it was very relaxed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Highly recommended!

Chateau MontPlaisir is a XVII building, which features architecture inspired by the opulent houses of Avignon and the charm of Provencal houses. It is located in Provence, overlooking the plain of Valreas, facing west with spectacular sunsets on the Ardeche mountains. Newly renovated, it offers 5 spacious bedrooms, each one equiped with king size bed, a private bathroom and separate toilet.

Reviewed By lew15c123We spent a really lovely week staying in the Chateau Montplaisir, and would highly recommend it. A really impressive property, lovely rooms, in wonderful landscape - including most immediately the vinyards themselves of the Chateau. Eugenia and Benoit were perfect hosts - we enjoyed an excellent breakfast every morning by the pool, and loved tasting Eugenia's homemade yoghart and jams, with lovely fruits and bread. I'd highly recommend also booking for dinners, which are a real treat - and also arranging for a wine tasting, to try Benoit's great wines. And Eugenia shared really helpful suggestions of local places to visit and great restaurants. All in all, a great place to stay.
