Enjoyed a light 3 course Sunday lunch here on the large terrace of this unusual restaurant. An intriguing medley of various tomatoes done in different ways as a starter. Poached cod as a main course and frangipan tart with ice cream as a dessert. All very tasty, innovative and well presented. Good Sauvignon Blanc to go with it and plenty of free water. Very friendly and attentive waitress. And...free ample parking opposite. Where do you find that in Utrecht!

The food is good and the service is nice. But unfortunately, we had to wait a long time between our entree and main course. Also, we could not hear each other very well because of the echo in the restaurant. There were a lot of people in a very small place. I had asked to prepare a special something for my husband's 50th birthday but they had forgotten about it. Also, the bill took a long time to arrive. It's ok but not top of the bill.

So I was invited to visit this restaurant and I was not disappointed. You can see that it's a new place, you can sense that they are still settling into their own concept. However, the food was AMAZING and the staff was just lovely. We had the "special menu" so the price what not extreme either. They have a solid wine collection as well. All an all a great experience. I am definitely going again ;-)

Honestly we wheren't expecting much. Turns out to be a great place. Location is surprisingly nice especially when you consider what the frot looks like.The staff consists out of 18 year old girls who understand their jobs. Friendly, proactive and with a smile.As a result of smart and good cooking with the right products the quality of the dishes they serve surpass their price. Contrary to almost any other restaurant where the quality has deteriorated during the last 12 months due to a higher number of guests.Brilliant concept, great place that feels like a dutch version of the American diner.

We arrived late with two large suitcases from a transatlantic flight, tired and jet-lagged. The owners kindly stored our luggage and immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The atmosphere is intimate and warm, the service impeccable and most courteous (thank you Harry!), the food superb and reasonable. You will not regret going to this restaurant. Highly recommended! We definitely will return.

This little restaurant is right on the dock of the canal in the center of Woerden. It's beautiful on the evening in spring-summer when the light stays until late. The food is very good and the menu varied. Maybe just a little assumptive, and a little more expensive than it should be, but the staff is kind and the atmosphere is relaxed and charming.

We at outdoors on a perfect warm summer evening. No problem speaking English and we were given the menu in English, though so much of it was clear to non Dutch speakers anyway. The food was really good, everything perfectly cooked portioned and balanced. One tiny oddity was the curry flavoured mayonnaise on the fritjes - great if that is all you are having but accompany a clue cheers quiche or my Tornados, not quite right. The wines were unknown to us but the waitress was helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with an excellent wine which went very well with our meals. It was nice that the salads were not over-dressed. This is a restaurant offering class in the food and service, with no fuss and a very friendly approach.

We visit this place at least twice a month and they never disappoint. The food has a great taste due to the high quality ingredients that are being used.I personally really enjoy the way in which the restaurant is setup and decorated. Most importantly the staff is great. Contrary to so many other places the service is always provided with a smile. Highly recommended!
