Reviewed By wraskalOur stay at the Holiday Inn was quite pleasant and enjoyable. Rocky and Kathleen were lovely when we checked in and very helpful with dining recommendations. The hotel lobby was very clean as was our room; the bed and pillows very comfortable and the room remarkably quiet. Complimentary breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was also a nice surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay after a long day of driving in the rain.

The other part is hotel is clean where as it should be, first thing I do when entering my room is smell the pillows, you’ll be surprised that most big hotels wherever they are I’m thinking Silicon Valley at the moment, have about 3/4 pillows that actually radiate freshness, I would have to say 100% of the pillows here:)

Reviewed By Mike DThis is a very nice BW Plus motel. Conveniently located. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was courteous and professional. The lobby area and elevator were clean. My room was clean, quiet and well supplied and everything worked! The breakfast was wonderful. The hot meal choices were plentiful with scrambled eggs, meats, rolls, breads, etc. The juice choices and coffee were standard fare but, the coffee was hot and tasty. The eating area was clean and the food was always being restocked. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep everything shipshape. This was my second stay at this motel and I look forward to a possible third visit in the future, should I pass through Twin Falls and find myself in need of a room.

Reviewed By lizsW5995ZOWe had traveled about 500 miles that day and stopped at the Fairfield Inn in Twin Falls. Jaycee was at the front desk, and she was helpful and welcoming. This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited. It was immaculate! Our room was well laid out and very comfortable. It was the best place we had stayed over our three days of driving. We definitely would stay here again. It was like an oasis in our long days of travel!

We were surprised that the outside door to this building had its lock broken and anyone could walk in. There was a strong smell of smoking in the building, yet we were in a none smoking room. The room did not smell of smoking. According to reception they knew about the outside lock and smoke was because the top floor of the building were the smoking rooms. The front desk staff were really helpful and explained the situation. They went out of their way. The breakfast was really good compared to many. Lots of choice and the hot section was regularly restocked. This hotel was clearly the place for the construction staff in the area. There were plenty of trucks and guests dressed for a hard day's construction work. I had a great peaceful night's sleep and will say here again.

Once was enough
Reviewed By loist777Room small. Had to ask for more towels and toilet tissue. Did not realize refrigerator was not plugged in until 2nd day. Had to pull desk out to plug in. Could hear every move from upstairs guests. Room was clean. Refer and microwave but no coffee maker. But we had one with us. Would not stay here again.
