Reviewed By JulieConway831What a lovely place to stay. The staff here were great and even had a scooter ready for our arrival following a message sent in advance. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. And it was great. Rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony was great to sit and watch the fishermen bring I their huge hauls. The shower was hot and Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was nice as were the evening meals we ordered too. Great location

Reviewed By sakumanuelpillaiDropped in for dinner as this restaurant was recommended. We had grilled tiger prawns with vegetable fried rice n it was delicious even though a bit pricey. Paul n Viraj made us feel quite at home. Lime soda is good too as a drink. Didn’t like the 4 cats hoovering around while we had dinner. Will recommend

Reviewed By humannjWe spent three amazing nights in Blue Ocean Cabana. We were in a lovely wooden cabana, very clean with AC, and a little terrace. It is really nice because you can easily meet the other guests that are staying there. The location is perfect since it is less than 5mn walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants arround. Most important point, the owner Lalith is a an amazing host, really helpful and always smiling, we had really great time with him! We highly recommend this place!

Reviewed By JA PEine sehr schönes Resort mit einem perfekten Service. Man hat eine Küche, was man nutzen kann. Das war sehr hilfreich für uns, da wir mit einem Baby gereist sind. Der Manager und die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr liebevolle und hilfsbereit. Es wurde stets bei allem die Hilfe angeboten, selbst mit dem Spielen :D. Eine Klimaanlage sowie eine Warmwasser Dusche und Wi-Fi ist vorhanden. Zusätzlich ist ein Fernseher mit den lokalen Kanälen vorhanden. Der Strand ist in der Nähe. Vielen Dank Ihre Gastfreundschaft Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tout ceci est tenu par une famille tout à fait charmante. Toujours au petit soin, vous pouvez petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dinner sans aucun problème et à tout heure. Cuisine local au top du top. Meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. ?? An amazing trip in this hotel. The rooms in shape of a boat are very nice and pleasant. The host is wonderful and you can order a meal or breakfast whenever you want and it’s very good. She was so nice with us and make our trip unforgettable. Ich hatte zunächst nur für drei Nächte gebucht und bin schlussendlich zwei Wochen geblieben. Das Haus, die Zimmer und die Terrasse sind atemberaubend schön, gut ausgestattet, extrem sauber und man hat die wohl beste Aussicht auf den Garten, die grossen Palmen, den Strand mit den bunten Fischerbooten und natürlich auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang! Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch, unglaublich grosszügig und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit, so dass man sich immer willkommen, wohl und sicher fühlt. Bei Bedarf kann man alles über die Stadt und die Umgebung erfahren sowie exzellente Tipps für Restaurants, interessante Orte und Reiseverbindungen bekommen. Dabei ist das Personal diskret und steht gleichzeitig immer zur Verfügung. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm ruhig und bietet alles, was man rund um die Unterkunft braucht, ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt, auch ein kleines und günstiges Restaurant für das beste und leckerste Kottu auf Sri Lanka ist fussläufig erreichbar und man ist gleichzeitig und wirklich unmittelbar am schönsten Teil des Strandes, der direkt an den weitläufigen Garten anschliesst. Ich war total begeistert und kann die Unterkunft jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Reviewed By Elagallage SWe stayed two nights at this hotel; Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to central bus station. Rooms are clean and can be recommended. They will cook for you if you provide foods. Hotel provides free bed tea, and filtered water. They served us String hoppers (Sri Lankan food) with cuttle fish curry and fried prawns for dinner. The taste was amazing. You can buy fresh see foods for cooking near to the hotel. Further, you can discuss with owner and arrange car service. If you are looking for Car parking; Only one car can be parked in hotel premises. If you have more vehicles to park contact owner. He will arrange. He is always looking to help people who has no idea about the area. So just talk with him and arrange. It is worth for money and can be recommended.

Reviewed By Svetlana AWe spent here 2 amazing weeks. This hotel is right near the beach. Rooms are quite spacy and clean. Service is fantastic: people are awesomly kind and helpful. Restaurant on the territory has a range of different dishes: seafood, rice, snacks. For breakfast western food is served, but we asked for pancakes (they're so tasty, especially with coconut). Thank you so much :)
