Reviewed By suzannee965Whilst the main areas of the hotel were modern, the room was in need of renovation. The drinks in great bar , yes we're cheap. The breakfast was disgusting. Sloppy porridge, brocoli and poor quality of a selection. The evening buffet was the worst we have ever seen. Cold, tasteless and not much choice. Chips that tasted and looked like they had been reheated numerous times, cold turkey which was covered in dome sort of orange sauce, to cover the fat. We walked out of the restaurant after 10 mins and ended up eating in torreviajes everyday . For breakfast we just ate toast. Would never ever stay here again. Faulty towers 2 star , shame as the staff are pleasant .

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel transported us to the golf courses and we’re very punctual

When we probably marry✊✊✊ after summer I want it at masa. Same as my girlfriend said. Thank you soo soo much for beening so friendly ❤️

Another pleasant stay
Reviewed By daz4202nd stay at this very central hotel in Central torrevieja. Ideal for beach, shops and of course restaurants. Did not choose breakfast option as loved churros and parros very local to hotel. Room had no view or balcony but at €27 per night for both of us it was cheap and basic. No complaints. Reception open 24h and very fast WiFi. Ideal stay for 3/4 nights.

Reviewed By oregongirl62We checked in here for a 9 day stay and we were not impressed. Stayed here before but didn't experience the issues we ran into this time. First the bathroom had a disguisting smell, it was spread in the whole apartment from time to time. Complained about it a couple of times and they said they knew about it. They showed very little concern about the problem. Over all the staff was very nonchalant. Beds were awful, think they have had the same beds for ages. Poor cleaning also. The only thing we could find positive is the location.

Very noisy hotel
Reviewed By Lynn CBooked for 3 nights but only stayed one night. No sound proofing between rooms and all hard surfaces so sound reverberates. We were woken at 5:30am by other guests having what sounded like a party. Tried to call reception but the phone didn’t work. The bathrooms are a bit weird as it is just in the corner of the room so anyone using the toiket in the middle of the night wakes up anyone else in the room when they turn the light on. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded right into the bedroom area. Really bad design. Hotel has a car park but charges €15/night to park. Streets surrounding hotel had no spaces so forced to pay to park at hotel. Staff were good enough to let us check out early. Central location but be prepared to be disturbed by other guests.

Large bathroom & again very clean. No restaurant but plenty of small bars nearby. Parking a little difficult. Very close to the beach.

Reviewed By mahoney1927Absolutely disgusting..booked for 10 days only stayed for 4 the room we were given was like a dark dingy prison cell so had to pay an extra £60 to move to a slightly bigger room..we were on the bottom floor with no balcony or chairs to sit on had to pay €10 for the key to get into the swimming pool..only allowed in after 4 oclock??? Do not waste your money ended up getting a bus to benidorm for the nex 6 days

Reviewed By SB2468Booked for 1 night - On arrival the building was locked – I had to ring & wait c.15 minutes before a member of staff arrived and opened up. The receptionist then rushed check-in, taking payment and telling me that the apartment was on 2nd floor. There was no suggestion of showing me to the apartment. After climbing 2 sets of dark dingy stairs, I reached the apartment. Opening the door I was greeted by the over-powering smell of air freshener – I dread to think what smells were covered up. I opened the window to let in some air, however had to close same immediately as the smell from outside was equally as bad as the inside smell. The apartment was very dark and uninviting. The bed linen was stained/dirty, the fridge, shower & microwave filthy. The table was scratched and there was no paint on much of it. There was absolutely no way, I was going to could stay in such a dirty, filthy place and had no choice but to turn on my heel and vacate same. The receptionist was not at the desk and I again had to ring her to ask her to come back. I heard her return but she did not come up to the apartment. I picked up my bags and went to see her at the reception desk. I told her about the filth and dirt that I had encountered and advised her that there was no way on earth I could stay in such filthy accommodation. Immediately, she apologised and offered a full refund …….that is without even checking the apartment to confirm that what I was calling out was indeed correct. This surprised me, but maybe that was because she was aware of the filth. As a result of the above, I had to drive an hour back to my previous night’s accommodation which thankfully was available.
