good lunch
Reviewed By Maarten H BWe had lunch in the former hotel Basilea (now ascot hote). We did not know the background of the service, however we noticed the staff was a bit unexperienced. The manager later tld us they employed staff members who deserved a second chance in society. Conclusion is we had a nice lunch, some improvements in serving drinks are needed

Close to Basel and Zurich, our bed and breakfast is located in the northwest of Canton Aargau in Switzerland. Surrounded by a vineyard and large garden our home was built in the 1950`s and since then renovated twice to modernize the windows, electricity, heating, and interior. This charming rustic home is within 5 minutes to the Autobahn with easy access to directions either Basel or Zurich. A local bus and nearby train station in Mumpf Our central location is ideal for trips to Basel or Zurich, the Blackforest, hiking in the regions mountains, or to the historic town of “Bad Säckingen”, home to the oldest covered wooden bridge in Europe. Leisure activities nearby: nature reserves, animal parks, lakes, caves, ski area, kayaking & canoeing on the River Rhein, our vineyards with wine tasting, riding, golf, sightseeing flights

Reviewed By KIIDYWir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und Grosselten im Juni im Restaurant Kreuz. Essen war sehr fein wie auch die Bedienung. Preis Leistung passt. Entrecôte Café de Pari war super, Cordon Bleu war OK. Jungel Chicken wurde geliebt von den Kindern wie die Schatztruhe Dessert. Tomaten Salat und gemischten Salat war auch gut. Bedienung freundlich.

Die Location, das Essen, der Service, die gesamte Planung mit den Rütihof Team war erstklassig. Auch die zusammenarbeiten mit dem Blumenladen Faes ist top. Das Fest wird uns für immer in Erinnerung bleiben und hat tiefe Eindrücke hinterlassen. Vielen lieben Dank Andrea und Andreas ihr habt und seid ein spitzten Team. Es war eine Traumhochzeit!

Frühstück ist Good Will....
Reviewed By Stefan ZIch buchte über eine Plattform und erhielt ca. 10 Minuten eine Bestätigung vom Hotel, mit der Forderung: Bis spätestens eine Woche vor Ankunft die Rechnung im Voraus zu bezahlen. Das habe ich getan. Beim Einchecken in der Gaststube wurden wir auf die offene Rechnung aufmerksam gemacht... Und Frühstück gibt es nicht, da am Sonntag der Betrieb geschlossen ist/wir würden ein Paket erhalten...KEIN KAFFEE o.ä. Am Montag danach ein Mail, die Rechnung zu bezahlen!!!!!

The rooms are not only new and modern, but also cozy with underfloor heating and Spanish design beds. Each room has its own bathroom and generous windows through which you can enjoy the surroundings. You come here to rest and let your day in the relaxation room with infrared sauna and whirlpool end.

Reviewed By M7967FVjuliahDas Hotel hat saubere und moderne Zimmer und ein gutes einfaches Frühstück. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Um zu Fuss auf den Heiteren zu gehen benötigten wir 25', was gut machbar war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
