I happened on this place when we stopped for the evening while boating on the Canal du Midi. The proprietors were quite nice and the pizza was delicious. Nice wine to boot. This is a good place to check out when you are in the area. It's quite casual but a great place to get a bite to take back to the boat.

Run by a wonderful local couple who treat everyone with care. The pizzas are some of the best I ever had. Fresh delicious ingredients and cooked to perfection. They even make personal deliveries! Bon appetit!!thank you for your visit in our pizzeria. see you soon. Pizza les deux frères.

Nothing outstanding but consistently average. Reliably repetitive but for example the 'Colonel' a sorbet and vodka desert is difficult to taste the vodka in. The average steak is just that and about 30% waste. Portions are smallish and drink service for extras during the meal arrive usually too late to acompany the food. Reliability of mediocrity is probably the best point of eating here.

Le Bizan is a bar/brasserie is in the centre of Bize-Minervois. It is open from 10am in the mornings no but is closed all Monday. It feels like t is the hub of the village as it is always busy with locals and holiday makers alike. The owners don't speak much English but always make you feel welcome. We went to Le Bizan for coffee mid morning and also in the evening for a quick meal. Food range I should li,tied to a good range of very well cooked (& large) pizzas (9-12â¬); burgers (12-13â¬) and huge salads (12-14â¬). Good range of beers and decent carafe of wine (9⬠for a litre!).Added benefit s that it's next to the village square where there is free public wifi so you can hang out, have a drink and catch up with the world without using your mobile data allowance!!

The others in the restaurant were eating pizza and were very satisfied from what I could see. My magnet was asked for medium but it was burnt on the outside and the fat not rendered properly and rare and tough on the inside. I ate less than half. On the upside I wasn't going to complain and willing to pay full price. The owner was obviously distressed that the meal was not up to scratch and reduced the cost considerably. Great customer serviceMonsieur, je suis désolé que le magret n'ai pas été a votre goût.Mais vous avez refusé, que ma femme m'appelle, je vous l'aurais refait. Mais sachez que le magret se mange normalement saignant. Si vous le désiré "médium" demandé à ce qu'il soit taillé en aiguillette pour éviter un pourtour trop sec, donc plus dur à manger. Après devant votre refus ma femme à fait un geste.Très cordialementDidier S.

Bonne pizza et bien garnie en général, pâte fine et farine reste en bouche car la pâte reste pleine de farine malgré la cuisson. Livraison gratuite sur les villages de saint-marcel Saint-Nazaire d'Aude le somail et Ginestas.Bémol vous êtes obligés d'appeler très tôt pour réserver vos pizzas; sinon soit il n'est pas possible d'en avoir, soit vous les avez pour 22h45!! Ce n'est pas tout, l'accueil téléphonique et physique si vous allez à la caravane n'est vraiment pas digne d'un commerçant ; à la limite de l'impolitesse, tout juste bonjour et aucune considération du client...Heureusement que la patronne qui livre est sympa. Je ne commande plus chez eux...on voit bien que ce n'est pas leur activité professionnelle principale, car s'ils devaient en vivre il ne se comporterait pas ainsi...
