Ordered a vegetarian pizza to go and it was amazing! Great crust, yummy sauce, and perfectly balanced toppings with plenty of cheese. Very happy and definitely recommend :) They did forget to cut the pizza though, so as we sat down to eat (not at home with utensils) we realized we had to tear the pizza in half and eat giant slices. It just made for some good laughs, and it was still a delicious pizza.

Bonne pizza et bien garnie en général, pâte fine et farine reste en bouche car la pâte reste pleine de farine malgré la cuisson. Livraison gratuite sur les villages de saint-marcel Saint-Nazaire d'Aude le somail et Ginestas.Bémol vous êtes obligés d'appeler très tôt pour réserver vos pizzas; sinon soit il n'est pas possible d'en avoir, soit vous les avez pour 22h45!! Ce n'est pas tout, l'accueil téléphonique et physique si vous allez à la caravane n'est vraiment pas digne d'un commerçant ; à la limite de l'impolitesse, tout juste bonjour et aucune considération du client...Heureusement que la patronne qui livre est sympa. Je ne commande plus chez eux...on voit bien que ce n'est pas leur activité professionnelle principale, car s'ils devaient en vivre il ne se comporterait pas ainsi...

Third time we have visited when in Narbonne. Have never been disappointed, this is a friendly restaurant with lovely staff. The food is great and itâs good to get out of the comfort zone and try something different other than the pizza or pasta on the menu. Itâs worth noting as well that this restaurant is open at the beginning of the week when other restaurants in Narbonne are closed. Love Narbonne but it does have the downside that most restaurants are closed Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays.

The menu in this little Italian spot is limited, but everything is good and is prepared fresh onsite. He has a good selection of Italian wines, which is rare around here. Only problem is trying to figure out when he's open. Sign says Thursday and Friday but it's not always so, and it's hard to make a reservation on the phone if you don't speak either French or Italian. I was lucky enough to find him I the shop one day and I made our reservation in person for the following evening. Go if you can...

Try not to block as you walk up the pedestrianised Rue Droits or you'll miss this little gem of a pasta joint. Seems to be lunchtime only, no reservations, not much seating... but the best pasta and sauces I've tasted outside Italy. It's great to see such a modest place rated so consistly highly... and the accolades are 100â well deserved.

Run by a wonderful local couple who treat everyone with care. The pizzas are some of the best I ever had. Fresh delicious ingredients and cooked to perfection. They even make personal deliveries! Bon appetit!!thank you for your visit in our pizzeria. see you soon. Pizza les deux frères.

Visited Chez Herve on two occasions whilst staying in Salleles D'Aude & on both visits the food was above average, but there is little or no ambiance despite its lovely setting alongside the Canal du Midi. Very busy on the first night & service was a little slow & not very obliging, but had improved dramatically on the second visit, altho' it was a much quieter night. Have sampled their Duck with Grape sauce which was delicious, although probably needed some vegetable additions, as the plate only contained a duck leg with sauce & a basket of chips. Great flavour tho'. On the second visit, I tried the salmon salad which was huge, flavoursome & fantastic & was very enjoyable. The other guests tried the cassoulet, & on the second visit selected two of the formula choices. Spouse tried the pizza Royale which was huge & nicely presented. On both occasions our meal was accompanied with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon which was very popular. Overall, the food is pretty good, but at times the service lacked friendliness & the place has little ambiance.
