Reviewed By ladyscribeTwo visits in short order to this Novotel. Clean, friendly, excellent Covid precautions. Restaurant good and staff...all staff...including restaurant equipe...very good. Has the bonus of a shopping mall within walking distance. No noise pollution, but the biggest centre commercial in Northern France..

Good stop over for a family group!
Reviewed By John SWe booked 6 rooms and had a mix of adults and children. The rooms are clean and adequate for breaking a journey. The small restaurant attached provided kids meals and an excellent starter buffet and steaks for the adults and we even had a room to ourselves after booking for 19.00. Breakfast, continental style, had lots of choice and was included in the price. The guy at reception was extremely helpful in sorting out the rooms and in checking that our booking for the return journey was spot on.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Reviewed By carlamZ1247ISHaving only paid a small amount we weren't expecting much but we're pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My kids (8yrs & 12yrs) loved the mezzanine floor with their beds upstairs. The stairs are steep but there was a lockable gate at the top if you had smaller children. Slight stain in the shower tray but apart from that it was as expected.. The hotel allows dogs for a very small charge which was another bonus for us. The highlight of the stay was a delicious meal from a restaurant across the road.... Madeline's, you have to eat there!!

ACE HOTEL NOYELLES GODAULT LILLE is perfect for business trips thanks to its location. Two motorways are easy to reach from our hotel: the A1 from Paris to Lille and A26 from Calais to Paris. Close to Lille, Arras and Douai, ACE HOTEL NOYELLES GODAULT LILLE is a fantastic way of discovering the tourist highlights of Pas-de-Calais.
Found it by chance - but would certainly recommend or use again!
Reviewed By thewhittocksWe found this hotel only by chance when we were at very short notice told that a 'confirmed' reservation at the nearby Novotel would not be honoured. But the staff here were helpful and polite, the room clean and comfortable and the value for money very good indeed.

Budget hotel; great staff
Reviewed By jerbear004We ended up at this hotel because they were the only ones that had a room with short notice when the hotel we initially booked turned out to be a turd. With tens of thousands of Canadians in the area for the Vimy Ridge commemoration rooms were few. The staff was friendly and spoke decent English. Unfortunately, we seemed to arrive during slow renovations as our floor lacked light fixtures (just dangling light bulbs) and carpets. The room initially had the scent of smoker (non-smoking room) but the staff cleaned that up quickly. I used a lean-to, once, on the side of a Mexican highway that was a worse bathroom, but honestly it just needed some maintenance. Again the staff was quick to respond. Here's the deal: its relatively cheap, the staff is helpful, and restaurant's food is decent for the price. We appreciated them taking us in, in a very last minute way.

Reviewed By RLIM2011We visited the hotel for a family rugby tour there was 140 of us. The hotel is very clean and tidy and provided with a great value for money. Although the rooms are small they are manageable for a family of three. Breakfast area was very clean and although food available is limited it provided us with sufficient food to start the day.

Good value for your money
Reviewed By geffreyw2It was a good hotel for our roadtrip. It's close to Arras as wel so for going to the Main Square festival you can have a good hotel. If you don't like to take breakfast there are plenty of shops to get some food just a few min. from the hotel.

Location de serviette, personnel derrière un guichet fermé parlant avec un micro, « chambre » 2 petits lits placés, ici et là, radiateur « grille pain » rongé par la rouille, les draps? Etaient ce bien des draps ou ne m’a-t-on pas dit qu’il fallait aussi que je prenne les miens ? Le petit déjeuner ? Visiblement, ils ont encore trouvé une bonne idee dans le Covid à savoir la livraison de trois « bricoles » dans un sac papier! Bref, s’en ai fini de cette enseigne tellement j’ai peur de retomber sur ce type de prestation éprouvante. Plus jamais !
