Reviewed By Michael BWe stayed there in the very last days of their season, so very quiet, but reception were super helpful and the room was delightfully clean and fresh. Even had a bodyguard at the pool. 2 mins walk to the beach. All the amenities within the room that you could need. One minor neg was the beds were very very hard.

Well Worth the Money
Reviewed By lahirumvStayed one night on business. I should say it's well worth for the money you pay. Well equipped Hotel with friendly staff. Good food as well. Definitely recommend. Quite big rooms, nice and clean. Would be great if rooms can be equipped with an inroom iron as its much needed for business travelers.

Brilliant accomodation for work or exploring the area
Reviewed By Greg GI spent a few days in the area with my dog. The room was big and clean, and really great for this price range. The staff were really kind and helpful whenever I had a question. I had a room with a view to the inner courtyard, and during the whole stay it was very quite, allowing me to rest or work whenever I needed. If you are looking for a no nonsense accommodation in this area I would highly recommend.

Reviewed By 33goStayed at the hotel Victoria in Gran Canaria in March 2019 . Our stay at this hotel was an amazing holiday . The food Was was brilliant something for everyone . The rooms were loverly and clean and spacious and modern. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them , the outside eating restaurant was loverly steaks chicken or burgers with chips or salad all cooked and prepared fresh . Outside pools and sun beds and bar all excellent. Met some really nice other guests who we still are in contact with . Can’t wait till November the 21st 2019 we will be Back There again this yr . If you want an excellent holiday with Excellent food and accommodation with amazing hotel staff then stay at the Victoria you will not be disappointed That’s why we are heading back again . See you soon Hotel Victoria Gran Canaria . Cant wait ?..

Clean Hotel - Lots of Unwelcome noise
Reviewed By jamestooHotel situated meters away from the E15 motorway which was fairly noisy with traffic. There is free secure parking. Staff are reasonably friendly and helpful but English is limited. The Hotel website advertises free WiFi which is only available in the Bar Area. Free ethernet access is available on request from the rooms in the main part of the Hotel. The fairly Spartan rooms were quite cold for mid-December. The main part of the hotel with accomodation is situated directly above a function room where when I stayed a wedding breakfast was in full progress and a very laud band fired up until well after 3am. (i had been warned about this however when i arrived). The shower in the bathroom changed from tepid to scalding every 10 seconds which made showering a chore. The inclusive breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee, orange juice and 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam.That was it. I Initially booked for longer but thankfully moved out after 2 nights. If you are in need of accomodation to break the long drive North or South this place is OK my advice is find somewhere quieter another couple of junctions South.

Reviewed By Kris BWe spent one night only for reasons of passage from almeria to Malaga. Not bad, staff very friendly and clean/big room. Very competitive price but the location is inside the "plastic city", with a lot of farm workers. Not the right place for tourists but ok for passage.

Customer Service Terrible
Reviewed By Ken DStayed for 1 night, on arrival despite website stating that they spoke English, they did not, not a single word. Managed to check in using my limited Spanglish. Room was tiny, the smallest I have ever stayed in. Internet was next to useless, only good thing was the aircon which worked fine. Lady on front desk very unhelpful and full of attitude I am sure she gave me the worst room she could. I would avoid this place like the plague. Restaurant closed for 2 weeks for staff holidays !!!

Very basic but ok for a single night!
Reviewed By Lars BThe only - but good - reason, to stay here is if You want to dine at the 1 Michelin star restaurant with the same name - and owner - which is next door. This place is in the outskirts of the city, and easy to find when You arrive by car. Also You can part publicly for free, just outside the place. If You choose a more central hotel You will find it very hard to find free public car parking, and the hotel will most likely offer this for a price of around 12 € per night. This place is very basic, but cheap, but I survived one night. Wifi is ok. Airconditioning is old-fashioned and not very effective. There is very little light in the room. The bathroom was ok. Stay here a single night if You want to dine at the restaurant (I was not impressed - see my other review) and You will get a good night sleep in a basic, cheap room. No par parking problems and a short walk back when You a finished dining. There is no reception and breakfast.
