Nice quiet and green location
Reviewed By somu_bandyIt was a pleasant surprise to see the hotel located slightly away from the busy E18 and in a very nice and cosy green park like environment with good walking trails. Reception staff was very professional and helpful.

Reviewed By geminivoyagerI just checked out after two days at Expo, Fornebu. The hotel is pretty new, obviously targeted at conferences and modern in design. Very friendly front desk staff and a decent enough breakfast, despite covid restrictions. The standard room on the 4th floor was perfectly alright with a comfy bed. Overall clean and airy. Some irritating noise from other guests in the middle of the night (Eurovision-contestants were staying here the same night as me) but I can hardly blame the hotel for this. Overall a good place to stay if you're in Fornebu or Oslo for business.

During these past times I had to move my booking many times, given the changing sotuation, and the personnel, whoever answered my requests has always been available to keep my booking even if the reservation was not actually movable. We arrived ate at 2 in the morning, and receptionist offered a sandwich and drink. Check in fast and same for checkout.

There is a train station nearby, so you can get the train from Airport to the railway station and then a taxi to the hotel (It is not walkable). The hotel staff are friendly and efficient, the restaurant offered good food and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was clean, had a desk and good Wi-Fi. Nearby is a large shopping mall that offered some additional dining options and a supermarket. Overall this is a solid option if you are in business in this district, it is not an option if you want to be in central Oslo.

Servere lack of customer service
Reviewed By Pathfinder707312Have been a fan and regular customer of the meeting room facilities at the hotel over a long period, but now it is over. As the only guest in the early morning, I was referred to a small bedroom with no possibility to breathe or sit comfortably to work. When I ask for a smaller meeting room as I have often booked in the past, I am denied this for incomprehensible reasons. In a time like this, it seems incomprehensible not to provide the best possible customer service to keep returning guests. Next time it will be Choice!

Reviewed By Daniele IA good place if you have a car. The owner are very kind and helpful, but you have to bring with you some food because the near sandvika is at five minutes of bus or ten with a bike. I was without food the first night and the receptionist take me to a near pizzeria to get some pizza to eat, she was very kind. I suggest the owner to enlarge the open time of the emma cafè near the guesthouse.

Just ok, although overchaged
Reviewed By Wolfgang SIt’s an option for price sensitive bookers who simply get chased by Oslo Hotel price level. The building is located near the motorway, however the noise is not affecting at all. It’s 3 min walk to the public bus which takes you in less than 20 m into the city center, every 15 min. Tickets can be prepurchases at reception. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is 60 y.o. Has no elevator you need to carry all your luggage up and down. The room is in the summer very warm, if it is located at the west side. The breakfast is ok, but not really legendary. Despite a confirmed price on booking.com, we have been asked to pay more. Not sure, if that has happened to other bookers as well.
