Ate here the evening of 4 April with my wife and sister-in-law. Our waiter was TJ. He was great. 10-15 minutes for drinks. 7-10 minutes for starters. 20 more minutes for mains.the fried pickles were excellent. The ladies had 6oz rib-eyes with shrimp. They arrived cooked to perfection and must have been very good as there was nothing left when they were through. My steak fajitas were good, but too much too eat.a very good dining experience at 7:15 on a Wednesday nite and no wait.

Our Bunco group has several times enjoyed lunch at Ovations in Lakeland. Today we had another great meal. We had 9 women in their large round booth, and had a great server, Kristina. She was very friendly and on the spot with everything we needed. The food was very good and the lunch specials are very affordable. One of the managers let us share some delicious desserts on the house. Weâll definitely be back again! Try the Pineapple Up-side Down Cake itâs wonderful.Thanks so much for the compliments and for the recommendations. How about that pineapple upside down cake? Itâs one of our favorites too! This is my second time to this BBQ chain. The first was in Bradenton. The Lakeland branch was the same. The restaurant is exceptionally clean. The walk up order service is easy and friendly. You seat yourself and pick up your food when they call your name.The BBQ is excellent. We had brisket, baby back ribs, and pork, and chicken. All were exceptional with the right amount of smoke and tenderness. All the sides are ala carte and are excellent. Definitely recommend if you like Real BBQ!Hi there! Sonnyâs is celebrating their 50th birthday with big savings on Wednesdayâs in May. We both had the pork 3 ways - 3 meaty ribs, sliced pork & pulled pork served with BBQ beans, cole slaw and garlic toast. A lot of food for only $6.83 each today only.With 2 iced teas and a 20% tip on the food and drink before the discount, the bill was $26. Sonnyâs was great as always!Hi there. Millerâs Ale House is one of the places our âafter church group of 7 to 12â wind up on a Sunday afternoon. I find the food to be good and the service friendly (albeit sometime a little slow). Good selection on the menu. I especially like the fried shrimp and so far everyone seems to like the things they order.

One of the best BBQ places around. Staple of Mulberry. If your deep on the south side of Lakeland...or In Mulberry of course it's a can't miss. Tip: No inside seating. If it's nice outside benches with no covers aren't bad. If it's raining or too hot use the drive through. But plan accordingly.One of my go to's is-Chopped Beef with hot brown sauce(You can choose how you like want). With baked beans that are great...not too sweet but just right. Greens cooked perfect(no meat in theirs). I also fried okra.
