Please place a washer (and perhaps a drier) in the condo units or at least have a mini laundromat near the condos 4. Do not close the pool from noon to 1:30 pm

Great place with fab hot springs attached
Reviewed By LeslierxThree of us stayed here two nights. We loved the unlimited hot springs attached to the hotel! We used it several times. Lockers and showers there too. Restaurant attached has a very nice ( Included ) breakfast. Rate was $2400 ( $80 US) for the three of us! We also toured Zhiben Revreational Forest Park nearby with monkeys, deer, pigs, flowers, butterflies etc. all in all a great stay!

Reviewed By Humphchang個人於2020/9/2下午持住宿券入住遊客服務中心對面1樓的客房,1樓的地板大理石非常滑,入住當天下午滑一跤,第二天早上又滑一跤,第二天早上告知服務中心的小姐,並未做適當的處理,對於有點年紀的我感覺很不好,回家後於2020/9/14看骨科門診,醫生告知肌肉/肌腱拉傷可能要一段時間才能復原,第二天的早餐弄到8:30左右才拿到,渡假村不知是否人力不足,服務有待多加強

Plenty of irritations
Reviewed By GrahamWMWe were looking forward to this hotel. It aspires to very high standards and in most respects does well. But there were problems. I wanted to charge devices overnight, but switching off the lights cut the power to all the power points. I didn't really want to have to sleep with the lights on. There was a charging station on the table which stayed on but all its sockets were the American standard. After visiting my room, staff managed to track down adaptors. Problem solved. Despite having a thermostat control that could be dialled down to an absurd 4°, the air con refused to cool the room down to a comfortable sleeping temperature, so I asked for a fan, which was delivered promptly. Another problem solved. Two little issues, quickly resolved, but of course it would have been nice not to have faced them in the first place. We got vouchers for a free cocktail in an inauspicious little "bar" in the basement carpark after 8 pm. It turned out to be a sugary soft drink with virtually no alcohol in it. The promise of a 'concert' at 8:30 turned out to be some third-rate musicians playing guitar and keyboard in a corner of said "bar". So I retired after a rather unmemorable evening. Fortunately, I got a good night's sleep (with fan) (on a very firm mattress, by the way) and a nice hot shower to start the next day. The shower was over a bathtub, requiring a climb over a wall, but there was a railing to hold on to. The towels had obviously put in a lot of service and were rather hard, but at least there were face washers — which are becoming rare in hotels in many countries. Breakfast was a huge buffet affair, as you'd expect. Sugary reconstituted cordials masqueraded as fruit juice. So-called cereals were over-processed sugary confections such as chocolate flakes and "rainbow balls". We eventually found (in a different room) someone preparing eggs to order, but it was fried eggs only. My preferred cheese omelette was too difficult. So breakfast was a bit of a disappointment too. All of these irritations could be easily fixed. Let's hope management doesn't give a stock response here saying they will be, but then do nothing.

Otherwise you can go to the level B1, where you can find big pool with hot springs and some treatments. Water is wonderful - 39,6 - 40,2 degrees temperature. Different kind of jets and whirpool. Good place for dinner, breakfast is not so variety. It is very famous hotrel, some years ago another hotel, which was built in front of Hoya, pull down to the river during the flood. This motion pictures was in Euronews channel like general view about news of the world, and contineneosely showed every day. On the back side you can see Hoya.

Reviewed By imsongzzWe stayed in their wood huts, it is absolutely suitable for families and is very spacious inside but the walls are really thin so if i'm on the bottom floor, I can clearly hear you if you're above/walking down the stairs. As mentioned by other reviewers, the pool does not seem to be in any working condition. Instead, you might be able to spot some tadpoles and frogs in there. There are also many kittens and dogs there so it will be nice if any animal lovers could bring some food for them as the staff there only give the dogs some food scraps )-: Staffs here are super friendly and encourage us to participate in the variety of activities that they provided such as the night event where we are able to play some bonding games and look at the fireworks. In the morning, the staff will conduct a morning exercise too! Overall, a good and different countryside stay from others.

Lovely place, just make sure you have your own transport!
Reviewed By LynseyCWe stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves but it’s not in a very convenient location if you don’t have your own transport. We are travelling Taiwan by train with our two young boys (4&7) so struggled a bit. It’s fine if you just want to chill out but there’s not many restaurants or eating places nearby. We made use of the pool (not heated), footballs, bikes, fishing and croquet. The staff were lovely and very attentive with some English. Not sure out of balloon season who uses the place as we were the only guests and it’s a big complex. The room (on the water) was fine but the curtains are light and it’s noisy with the frogs. Lovely setting between the mountains

飯店設施想法不錯，但是缺少了持續維護
Reviewed By CatherineC3876此飯店房間寬敞，也有許多設施，當初設計及建設的想法很好，但是缺乏人力維護設施及環境，許多戶外椅不是已經損壞就是無人維護乾淨，很可惜。已入住價格來看，晚餐很普通，但是早餐算精緻，如果飯店有好好的維護環境的話，並加強餐飲，相信會是一個不錯的度假飯店。
