We visited Republic for the first time on a Saturday night about 8 pm. The restaurant was crowded and noisy, but we quickly found booth seating along the wall. While I had read reviews of very poor service, our waitress greeted us almost immediately with menus and asked for our drink order. When she arrived with the drinks just a few minutes later, we placed our food order. My husband ordered the tacos, I ordered the alfredo flatbread. After about 10 minutes our waitress returned to the table to advise that the flatbread had burned and it would be a few more minutes as the cooks were making another flatbread. She offered us another round of drinks on the house to make up for the additional wait time. The food arrived and was hot. The flatbread could have used more alfredo sauce and less cheese, but otherwise was good. My husband enjoyed the tacos, although the tacos could have used more meat. The waitress bought our check quickly and frankly was a great waitress. We noticed she did seem to be the only waitress on duty! Overall, Republic is another good option for a dinner out in the High Desert.

I have been to this restaurant chain across the nation. I thought I knew what I could expect. We sat at the bar for better service, yeah right. Our beer glasses sat empty for at least 10 miniutes until I tracked down a manager. I had to track down the manager because we couldn't attract the attention of any of the wait staff. We were even waving our arms. Wait staff was huddled in the corner talking or texting, not sure. The place wasn't even busy! The wings were over cooked and lacked seasoning. I ordered desert heat dryrub, Not the first time ordering that flavor. Didn't get celery and carrots that I ordered. The manager did shave $15 bucks off of our bill. That made up for most of the crappy experience, never again!
Having passed this corner for many years and never having known about this place is awful ! I don't know exactly when they opened ( approx. 2008 ) That being said I'm really glad we decided to stop after we noticed the sign on the building saying "Micro Brew"! It is actually UPSTAIRS on the East end of the only 2 story bldg. in the area! What a great selection of GREAT MICRO BREW BEERS from all around the So Cal area! They have a wine shop as well, not being a wine guy, I'm not sure of the quality of the varietals for sale...? Gal said they have music Fridays & Saturdays too =) PRO - Micro brew beer selections are awesome and reasonably priced too! CON - We had 1- $6 Pint Beer, 1 Pepsi (no ice on site), chip 'n' salsa (both from Costco) & small Cheese Quesadilla (melted in a George Foreman grill) $18,90 Yikes!!

We took my sister-in-law to lunch. The restaurant is clean, well maintained and attractive. Our waitress was attentive, smiling and personable. I had a red wine blend with my Pepper-Crusted Sirloin & Whole Grains. It was nicely prepared and presented and tasty. My husband had the Butcher's meat & potatoes and enjoyed it very much. A good value at a reasonable price.

Came here with another couple for a flight and "dinner". They do not have food on their menu, but there was a food truck there that evening providing a limited menu. Food was ok, but was out of a few items. Beers were ok, but I'm a simple beer man, so probably not the best to offer an opinion.

Some of the mom/pop restaurants in the area close early so after spending the day exploring Lucerne, Apple Valley and the roads around was happy to see this place open! Easy to get to off the main road. Lots of indoor seating and a patio that we should have checked out- Good choice of burgers-salads and ribs= lots of options on the menu! The 'Texas Squealer" with pepper jack cheese, jalepeno was super tasty! Had a quiet table- clean bathroom and lots of pleasant service! Plan to return if ever back in the area!

Brought dad here for dinner, he liked his steak and shrimp dinner, I enjoyed the buffalo wrap - Margaritas are good, but the Mojito was better, so refreshing and minty.Service is very friendly and quick.
