Fue un desastre. Para empezar no encontrábamos el sitio porque el letrero de afuera tiene otro nombre, con lo cual te equivocas. El local deja mucho que desear, necesita una buena reforma, el servicio lento y el único camarero que habÃa para toda la sala y la terraza iba más que estresado. La comida muy normal tirando a mal..., unos nachos raquÃticos, cuatro triángulos de maÃz de Mercadona con un poco de queso por encima y ni una sola salsa para mojar, ni tomate ni guacamole ni nada de nada.... las pizzas muy normales, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para tres pizzas, tanto que incluso los niños se durmieron encima de la mesa y cuando llegaron una de ellas estaba mal, no era como la habÃamos pedido. No nos quisimos arriesgar a pedir postre visto el panorama. Luego nos comentaron que hacÃa relativamente poco que el local habÃa cambiado de dueño...tal vez es mejor hacer los preparativos para una buena apertura que abrir en estas condiciones, con un horno pequeñÃsimo que no te da para hacer más de cuatro pizzas a la vez...., poca visión empresarial desde luego y una cocina con muchas mejoras por hacer... supongo que se salvará por la terraza y por la llegada del verano, pero desde luego para comer italiano en condiciones, mejor elegir otro sitio...

The gluten free option pizza was really good. Staff very clued up on gluten free as in fact most places in Mallorca seem to be. The bacon on mine looked fatty but actually was delicious. My son had the hawaiian and the pineapple slices were really thin and slightly charred-delicious also!

With a friend I tried after suggestion from other one, to have a pizza there : this is paradise! This is the best pizza in town ! The pasta of the pizza is so light, tomato and all other ingredents are fresh and delicious, and the do this pizza fritta, tipical from Naples, so good ! They do as well Pastiera, a typical napolitan dessert, one of my favoutites. So guys, thanks so much, you have now a fan of yours ! Forza Napoli ! Forza Genoa !

We lived 5 weeks at Sa Cabaneta and visited this restaurant on the last day, I'm glad we did 'cause the food was excellent, service delightful too.

We went to El Castillo on opening night. Really enjoyed the ambiance. It is a tastefully setup restaurant, with great care for detail. Also the food and staff all wonderful. We really enjoyed it. Also the fact they try and do everything to limit the environmental impact is worth mentioning.
