Wandered in around 7.00pm, lovely staff and happy locals eating pasta. Ordered a pizza with chilli, salami and mushroom. Nice base and enough cheese to satisfy but not make the pizza soggy. Wonderful Tiramisu for dessert. NZD$20.00 inc GST and all ready to take away in 15 minutes.

Usually a good little pizza shop with friendly staff. I've never had an issue with the accuracy of the orders I've placed until this last time I visited. I also usually rather to travel the extra 10mins to get to Pizza Hut rather than eat at Domino's - however that has since changed!We ordered about 6 pizzas coming close to $50 in value, we also ordered sides.The seafood pizza wasn't cut properly, so when we went to grab slices the topping just fell off and we were left eating pizza base with tomato paste and grabbing the topping with our fingers. Ruined what would of been a good pizza.We asked for one side of onion rings and one of chips, but received two sides of chips.We asked for deep dish base on our chicken and bacon pizza and got thin and crispy!We live 30mins out of town so by the time we got home it was too late do anything, however I did ring the store and was told to fill in the generic online form to complain, I did this 3 weeks ago and have still heard nothing.I have left them a few Facebook messages and all they've said is that they will be in touch soon, however that has also been 3 weeks!Pretty appalling service and the follow up at head office level has not done anything to rectify our experience!We visited on 30th December 2016 about 4:30pm, there were no other customers in the store and two staff on, so this wasn't because they were under pressure etc. Just disappointing.

We were staying at Barnacles and ventured out for food as we really did not feel like cooking.We ordered Lust Pizza, Plain Wedges, Battered Onion Rings and Corn Nuggets and waited about 10 minutes whilst it was freshly cooked.The food was good but the quiche-like pizza base is just not right.

This is NOT just a pizza restaurant -- our favourite meal is to share the Buffalo Mozarella Bruschetta plus a plate of paparadelle with a pork ragout - wonderful tastes and textures! And if you think you know vanilla ice cream, try their Madagascar Vannilla. Wow.

Went with a group of friends and overall it was a very pleasant evening. The highlight was the food - simply outstanding, but unfortunately the service was not matched by the service, quite poor all-around, junior staff tried hard but lead waitress was a negative influence. From a business perspective our drinks bill could have easily doubled had the staff been attentive.

This is the second time here now. Another awesome round of pizzas. The place is bright and very clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. Quite possibly the best Pizzas I've ever had. They make them and you pick up and cook them fresh at home. Really delicious.

A fantastic spot for a cocktail and great options for light meals - pizza options always great.Unfortunately the restaurant is transforming into a Mexican style restaurant after 7 years.... so this great experience will change into another. Hope itâs just as good with such an awesome location
