Just passing thru

Reviewed By JustAMom50

We were passing thru on a cross-country move. We needed a hotel that was pet-friendly, easy to access, and included breakfast. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. It's not a brand new hotel, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast could have had a few more options, but we're also still sort of in a pandemic. Ours was a short visit, but I would stay again.

We stopped here for the night on our trip from CO to WA. Nice, clean, quiet hotel, with a good comfortable bed (one of my biggest concerns). The room layout could be better, but over all, no complaints here.

Terrible? Yes.

The room was dirty. A clump of the last occupants long hair was stuck to the shower wall. Yuck! Right? Makes me wonder how much was cleaned. Just a rundown dirty facility. Do not stay here. You have been warned.

worst service we have ever experienced!!!

Reviewed By Ed T

This was hands down the worst and rudest staff I have experienced, this place is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. absolute disrepair. we were checked in by a nice young man, after 10:30pm Sat, 6/3/22, first room was nasty. we asked for a different room, ok no problem, second room, just as bad we decided to just deal with it, hole in blanket from what seemed like from some kind of drug pipe or something, to then get woke up by the staff, demanding to know who is in this room then to get the police called because i asked to speak to the manager.

Cat friendly too

Allowed us to have our cats in the room. Pet friendly doesn't always mean cats. Rooms were always clean and comfortable and quiet. Laundry was always available. They even had smoking rooms in some of the motels. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Kept My deposit

Reviewed By L4409ZAkarens

They required a $50 deposit for my room. I checked out before the office was manned. I waited a couple of days to see if it would refund. When I called, they told me I had to do it that day or call. There was NOTHING they could do about it 3 days later. WRONG ANSWER! The motel is OLD and there was no closet or place to hang up clothes. The shower leaked all the time. The sheets had stains on them. I also would NOT give one star if at all possible!

Lost reservation, horrible service, no alternatives offered

Reviewed By connord1797

I showed up the day of check-in, and I told the gentleman at the desk I would like to check in. He started asking me questions of the type of room I would like, but I told him I already had a reservation. He said the owner of the property had access to all the reservations, but since he had to leave town in a hurry, he did not leave this gentleman with any of the reservations. I pulled up the reservation confirmation email on my phone, but he claimed he didn't have any more of my specific room available. I told him I was okay with a different room type, but he refused to cooperate, despite the fact that he began this interaction trying to sell me a room, indicating they did have open rooms available. He offered me no alternatives. Very rude. Furthermore, this place looks way worse in person than it does online. Very small, cramped parking lot. Building in poor condition. Have caution when booking this property.
