We ate here twice. We were not impressed with the food either time. It was simply very average or even less than average Mexican food. We also thought that the service was neither fast nor attentive. There are better places to eat Mexican food than this establishment, in our opinion.

I have passed by Taco Toro countless times while staying in the High Point area and never noticed the sign until today.This little restaurant is super clean with some fantastic food and friendly staff.The menu is on a board above the cash register,a decent variety to choose from.The starter chips and salsa were good,be forewarned the salsa they will bring you has some heat to it.I went with 3 carne asada(beef) tacos with a side of rice and a bottle of mexico coca cola..The tacos were good,the rice was fantastic and the bottled coke just made it all a 4 star review. You can have Pancho's,Haciendas,and the rest of the copycats.I will stick to Toro for my mexican cravings while in the area.

Arguably Most authentic in the Triad! The owner used to own El Rancho Taqueria in Winston. They have the best Carnitas and everything from Popusas to Shrimp to Menudo and the greatest tacos around!! Wonderful food at terrific prices. Full bar with glass bottles Coke!

We love this place - it's right around the corner from our shop and the takeout is fantastic! We had Taco Tuesday yesterday and ordered a feast of burritos and soft tacos - we demolished them all! Such fresh ingredients and great taste! Love this place - very authentic!

The first thing you notice about Pancho Villas is that they have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking. Their dining room is also large with lots of seating. Their prices are very reasonable. On this visit, my husband got their $7.50 Lunch of Chori Steak, and I got their Lunch Beef Fajitas. My husband really loved his Chori Steak. I had a taste of it and it was a bit spicy for me. My lunch fajitas had tomato slices and a grilled onion and pepper mix along with the beef strips.The fajitas were good. My rice was very bland so I added salsa to the plain Mexican rice. I was only given a very small dab of guacamole with my meal. I did notice that we were given a large bowl for the salsa which was nice. Their salsa is very good. At first we had very attentive service, and then our server seemed to disappear for a while. As we were getting ready to leave the table he read our minds and brought us refills of our drinks ($1.75) . We will certainly eat here again.

This place does not deserve a 1 star review. If Trip Advisor had a negative star this place would definitely get receive it. 1. The food is cold and nasty 2. Staff is rude, non English understanding 3. Chips we're stale and cold (when asked for fresh got same thing) 4. Salsa old tasting out of jar taste 5. Dirty place to eat 6. Could not get order right due to language barrier (after 4 attempts gave up) 7. Management is non understanding of mistakes 8. The bartender can not make drinks (it took 3 time to make a margarita)I am a local. If you are from out of town DONOT EAT HERE ... DO NOT... STAY AWAY.. Drive 1.5 miles up the road to Pancho Vila (1st choice) or LaHacienda Mexican (2nd choice). They both have a bar and great food. Yea I know Cabo is convenient to the hotels in Archdale, but you won't get the food or service you deserve.Thank you!
