Reviewed By naomiinyWe booked a room in May for November 2019. Since then we wrote thousands of emails and made hundreds of calls, non of them got replies. I don't know how can a hotel work that you can not connact with if you have questions or problems......On the train we received an email that our accommodation got cancelled (because of booking, so it's not the hotels fault!) BUT when we arrived there the receptionist was really rude and unpolite. We finally had our room (we could get a new one for extra fees). In the next 2 days the receptionist (who was probably the hotel manager) couldn't even say 'hi' to us. Rooms were a little dirty. And you can get actual french breakfast in the downtown for the same amount of money.

Really bad idea yo call this an hotel
Reviewed By Seaside720343The name of this hotel is misleading, because it's a student apartment complex and there's no reception or staff whatsoever...so if you're arriving after 6 or 7 pm or in a weekend , there's is no way to get your room key, and no one in the phone will help you.

Reviewed By Rosita PI really enjoyed my stay there and the guy who's name Jamel speaks a good English and some Spanish and as a Colombian I was happy and satisfied even my children they good enjoy specially the WiFi was high average and Jamel helped us how to get good addresses for shopping and enjoyment

Le Carmin is 2 minutes away from the future MacVal “Paris-Orly” tramway stop (expected in 2020).
Lacking in hygiene
Reviewed By sn6806Never had I wanted a holiday to end early so we don't have to stay in a hotel anymore, but Le Carmin unfortunately is the first hotel that made me feel this way. I actually dreaded going back to this hotel every night we were in Paris. Main problem was it wasn't clean, everything was old and had a stale feeling to it. Half of the tiny wardobe in my room had a huge water cylinder and an old, broken and dusty fan. I could only hang 1 piece of clothing there. No Wifi despite saying on the website that it is available. Nobody changing our bedsheets or rubbish and we were there for more than a week. Cleaning staff didn’t speak English so we couldn't communicate. On the last few days my brother had bites and we weren't sure if they were bed bugs. I was so glad to be out of there.

Bruit adolescents délinquants qui restent juste devant l’hôtel jusqu’à après minuit..musique avec baffles cri saleté et alcool..imaginez l’ambiance... N'a pas aimé · On peut pas dire hôtel..un local au Max..chambres serrées trois collées on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté escalier serrés un long couloir quelques centimètres sale pale vieux Trop chaud dans la chambre on peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre un vis à vis juste en face t’es oblige de garder la fenêtre fermée avec un rideau Serviettes vielles..salle de bain et toilettes Dans la chambre mais t’es obligé de sentir l’odeur de toilettes toute la nuit... J’ai même pas pu passer la première nuit là ba tellement choquée je sors à minuit pour chercher un autre hôtel en catastrophe Trop loin de paris..RER en face de l’hôtel que tu entends son bruit insupportable en permanence avec les vocaux de la gare..horrible PAS DE WIFI, pas de parking, un parking soit disant devant l'hotel toujours bien rempli sans aucune securité dans cette ambiance....ODEUR TABAC PARTOUT... Je demande une annulation j’étais obligée de sortir en catastrophe tellement choquée la première nuit poir chercher un autre hôtel Je demande une annulation bien sur aucun retour aucun remboursement malgres mes mails à répétition j’ai failli être agresse et volé devant l’hôtel par des délinquant je me suis pas sentie en sécurité malgré cet argument aucun retour Résultat tout un séjour payé pour une pauvre nuit passée sur 5payes et réserve franchement aucun mot à part traumatisant
