Poor service, no linens and incorrect billing.
Reviewed By armoredindustria2022We encounter an incorrect reservation, answered by a snippy attendant, then we're held hostage to ve able to check in of we didn't sign for the rates. This could have been resolved with an attendant that actually has permission to change reservations or correct them. Then once in the room which we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, there were no linens or pillows for the spare bed. The attendant only gave is sheets and said he didn't have pillows or blankets. We paid over 260 a night and couldn't get decent service on basic amenities. I don't think blankets and pillows for your kids is unreasonable.

not what i expected
Reviewed By Larry Hive stayed that super 8 previously without issues. this time the room smelled like stale smoke, the toilet was not cleaned and the tub stopped up while showering. the tv wasnt showing a clear picture and there was gap in the bottom of the door that anything that wanted to crawl through.during checking i had previously requested early checkin, but was told that there wasnt a single room clean at 1p. the host(s) looked they were drunk or high and werent very responsive. renter beware!

Reviewed By Karen WI didn’t expect much for the price, but all other hotels were booked. The rooms seemed clean but decor was from the 70’s with some items in disrepair. We had 3 rooms and were placed in the corner of the property next to the soiled mattresses and an open ironing board. Ice machine did not work. Of the 3 a/c units in our rooms, one had a complete louvered front, one was cracked and one was missing Completly. Sheets were comfy but towels were small, rough and thin as tissues. Tv was analog. Soooo, don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed.

Reviewed By dirtydog1957Checked in and got to room, to find that the room probably hadn't been cleaned in a week. We found dead crickets and spiders in the bathroom. Found dead crickets under the edge of the bed and below the AC unit. The sink still had rings where items had been set from the last guest. The headboard had enough dust on it to clearly write your name in it. The floor had enough junk build up that you would not want to walk on it without shoes. Complained to management and it took until 4pm the next day for them to partially clean the room. Would not advise anyone to stay here!

Reviewed By GingerB594We made a last minute decision to stay over night instead of driving all the way back home. I was not impressed with the place at all. It stunk so bad we had to put dryer sheets in the ac to be able to stand it. It was cleaned at, but not clean. The beds uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin so that we heard ever sound both inside the hotel and out.

Reviewed By tristanreinsmomDO NOT STAY HERE. Broken fixtures in the bathroom. Holes in the wall. A/C leaked flooded the floor while we slept. Bathtub was filthy. There were no other rooms in town and husband wasn't feeling well or we would have left.
